The Rose Monahan Hospice Home is a homelike place where individuals facing a terminal illness may live and receive hospice care. Our compassionate hospice staff also offers emotional and spiritual support to loved ones. The residence is also a licensed inpatient hospice, offering care for acutely ill, medically complex patients without the need for transferring patients to a hospital. The Rose Monahan Hospice Home has 10 private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and patio or deck overlooking the wooded yard and Coes Pond. Registered nurses are on staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Rooms are fully furnished with a mix of antiques and contemporary pieces. Bedrooms are equipped with an electric hospital bed, cable television, nurse's call system, telephone, dresser, and closet. The residence is part of VNA Care Network & Hospice.
