I like the care the caregivers provide and the continuity. We have had the same 3 people for almost 2 years.

It has been a positive experience because the caregivers are personal. I would recommend this agency because of their pricing, caregivers, and availability.

One part that's helpful is they lend an arm from the vehicle into the doctor's office. I have accessories I drag along like a bag I carry, and they'll take it to the car, and they'll help me if I need it. I like that they're very responsive, and the people are caring.

The socialization is huge to him. The company for him is great. I think their ability to staff a need on short notice is good. The same caregivers come in for him consistently.

As a long-distance caregiver, I went online to see what was in the area where my aunt lived. I called up Visiting Angels and I liked the way they spoke. I felt that they were very consumer oriented which I really liked. They were very flexible and willing to do anything special that I asked. They did a great job!
