There are certain things that can be approved, nothing is perfect. When someone is in this type of situation, sometimes timing could be better. I think that they are a quality agency and I believe the caregivers actually care about the clients and will do anything that they can to help out.

When someone first comes over it takes time to get to know people and their likes, so it'll never be perfect when they first get here, but they are great. They work with you. The business manager is great. If there's an issue.
