She goes to the bathroom by herself now. She's aware of how she should feel; she knows she shouldn't be wet. The services are good and thorough.

They could have provided caregivers that I think understood people who had disabilities. The caregiver I had, did not seem to understand that I needed help to dress myself and that I can walk but it is slow. I think their billing procedure, I did not like. They billed in advance rather after the service was provided. They bragged about wonderful caregivers they have, and they did not turn out to be the case.
