The caregivers are able to help him by giving him sponge baths, but they help the most by allowing me to get a small break since I'm the main caregiver for him. The staff members are really professional, and they can break the ice with my dad.

I am caretaker for my mom and Bluebird is assisting in the caregiving. I only needed some help in bathing and toileting my Mom and in providing companionship. They have been very prompt and dependable for six months now, and are priced lower than others that I have tried. Overall I have been very satisfied with their performance, considering the hard time that all the homecare companies are having trying to find a qualified experience employee. I rate Brianda, the supervisor at the Louisville office, as A-number one. Once when an employee couldnt show up she stepped in to take their place that day!

My wife needs help showering but hasn't had it because the caregiver hasn't been here. Our caregiver has been out sick for most of her shifts so we have had to do a lot of rescheduling or do without the services.

We went from being unable to get through a day with my dad to provide him with much more stability. I like that Brie and Jordan are very personalized to us. I felt like I was talking to a neighbor bout the care that I needed for Dad. She listened to a lot of what I needed for my dad.

I had to go up all the time and reteach the routine to all the different caregivers since there was no consistency. Better qualifications for their caregivers and more consistency.

It was good except the issue that we had with one of the caregivers. The manager was good and was able to get rid of that bad caregiver. The manager was great and helped us get rid of a caregiver that would go out and smoke instead of taking care of my loved one.

Joanne was very responsive and helpful when we contacted her. My mother is 88 and experiencing dementia and hallucinations. Joanne was able to help us get an appointment with a provider when we were having difficulty getting in on our own. Blue Bird provided caregivers on a weekly basis and they were always timely, professional and courteous. We have temporarily suspended our services in light of the virus but intend to reestablish them once it is safe to do so.

We have been using BlueBird for about 2 years. My dad loves them and looks forward to them comming. As POA, they are great to work with. they match the caregivers to the client andvery seldome do they change. Both parties get to know each other and the way they interact with my dad, its like they are one of the famaly. The communication to the famaly is great. They care about what they are doing and are NOT just doing it for the money. they truly CARE.

My parents have been clients of Bluebird for the last several years. Mom is 93 with a number of physical issues, dad is 96 with dementia. The caregivers are competent, caring and appropriately concerned. They have a professional attitude, come on time and even clean the bathrooms. They treat my parents like their own and have become like family to us. The Director is marvelous and communicates very well. We can’t thank them enough!

Bluebird provides daily care for my wife who has dementia and requires full assistance with all activities. Director Joanne really cares about client and family and sees that our needs are met. Caregivers are friendly and competent.
