Senior Helpers provides non-medical companionship and personal in-home care for seniors helping them remain active and independent. The Senior Helpers team is available to provide these services during a variety of times as required by the client. Our services range from companionship and conversation to bathing to caring for those with Alzheimer's disease. Some of our services include light housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, transportation, medication reminders, grocery shopping, laundry, bathing, and dressing. Senior Helpers provides a no cost initial in-home assessment; this will help determine the type and level of care needed. We employ dependable, trustworthy, and experienced caregivers; some have achieved additional licensing including certified nursing assistants and geriatric nursing assistants. Senior Helpers also provides ongoing educational support by encouraging all caregivers to participate in our own Senior Helpers University. Through Senior Helpers University they are able to earn continuing education credit which directly relates to the special needs of our seniors. Senior Helpers will ensure your loved-one receives the best care possible. We choose to make a positive difference in the aging experience. The Senior Helpers team will perform its collective duties with confidence, concern, commitment, cheerfulness and care. We will treat every client as family and perform every task as an honor.

Sunlight Senior Care was designed around our clients’ goals: Independence: With a Caregiver’s help, you or your loved one can remain in one of the greatest places on earth – home. The familiarity of home provides the sense of independence and control we all desire, contributing to a happy, meaningful, and content life while giving family members some relief and assistance. Comfort of home: Holidays…birthdays…family events…many of our fondest memories happened at home. Then there‘s that beloved recliner and family keepsakes – life’s simple pleasures that mean so much. In-home care keeps favorite things within arm’s reach, helping to maintain a positive outlook. Personalized care: You or your loved one deserve more than a cookie-cutter approach to in-home care. At Sunlight, we appreciate our clients, not just their business. You’ll see it in the personal care plan tailored to your specific situation and goals, and how we get to really know you. Family support: Communication with the family is foundational to our personalized care. This can include regular phone calls or emails for keeping everyone in the loop regarding status, changes, and more. Our online tool also allows families to check in regarding the care of their loved ones. Peace of mind: When you or a loved one needs care, it’s always on your mind. Having a Sunlight Caregiver is “mentally freeing” for you and your family! We are pleased to make this an easy, seamless process that helps you regain control while reducing stress and worry.
