Tom is now bedridden and I have hospice care and I don't hesitate to run to the store because he is in bed and can't move. It is expensive to do. It depends on what they would need. Some of the women are much more trained than others. I wasn't getting a well-trained individual. I would tell someone they would need to ask for someone who has a background in what service they need.
