There are many services and programs that are low-cost or free, that enable seniors to enjoy an independent lifestyle in the comfort of their own home, such as help with home modifications, meal delivery services, and more. Below, we’ve compiled a few of the most helpful resources in Seattle:

The meal services are provided through a network of nonprofit community-based organizations throughout the city. There is a small charge requested for each meal, but nobody will be turned away if they can’t pay.
