Services offered include: Care Management, Homemaker Services (e.g. meals and chores), Caregiver Support, and Education and Training We are excited to offer caregivers the flexibility of receiving adult day care and home care services. For example, you can bring your loved one for three days of adult day care while you go to appointments, shop, visit friends, or just rest. We can then send an aide into your loved one's home to get them ready for the center and be there when they return in addition to sending them a few times a week to help with bathing, chores, meals, or just companionship. It's all your choice, your schedule- we work to provide you with the care and services you need, when you need it.
