I can't depend on my caregiver at all. They don't have a lot of staff, my caregiver doesn't show up half of the time.

My caregiver is here 1 1/2 hours a day. It isn't very much time. However, I like the care that she gives. I like everything about them. They are a wonderful agency to have care for me.

Having someone here when I don't have anybody has been very nice. She makes sure to do my dishes because I cannot. The caregiver is always here on time. She also introduced me to a treatment that may help me get better since I am sick.

Being able to have care has been a godsend because I need the support. Without the services I would probably be in a nursing home. I like the people that work in the office and the way that the company provides care. Everyone is wonderful and they know what they are doing.

I had back surgery, so my caregiver would cook things up for me, and then I would only have to microwave the food. Also, one of my caregivers was very good with cleaning. They always seemed to have someone there for me, and they went above the call of duty when I moved by sending people to help me. They were nice people.

They could do the list that we ask them to do. They give excuses to not do it and say that I could do it myself, and they'll watch while I do it. They need to listen to my loved one. What I say counts as much as what they say. They don't listen to me very often.

The caregiver is always prompt and on time, and the caregiver works their butt off. The caregiver is really good at cleaning, and they are not a caregiver that just wants to sit down and watch TV or be on their phone. When the caregivers call in sick, the office will not call me. I will have to call the office staff, and then they will tell me the caregiver called in sick.

It makes it so that my son can stay in our home and receive the care he needs, without having to be somewhere he doesn't want to be. We like the support they give us and that they are fast at returning our calls.

They are good about following through and figuring out what the best option is to fix the issue. They have been amazing at keeping up with him. They definitely put my loved one first.

I always have someone to talk to when I need to talk to someone. The caregiver will do what I need help with and I have no problems with them. They have always been there for me when I needed somebody and my caregivers are here quite a bit.

Now we're connected with a caregiver, but due to their scheduling, we have very limited hours with a caregiver. For starters, they forgot the appointment and we had to call when they were supposed to meet with us and have them come out when they forgot and we had to ride them to get the paperwork and services going which was annoying as we were trying to get things established and going. The people are really nice, but I wouldn't categorize that as ultra-professional.

The provider has better personal care, The caregiver cleans her room and clothes on a daily basis. I really like how they have care-givers.

The caregiver makes sure that she has the house cleaned for me and is in the bathroom with me when I take a shower. My caregiver is wonderful, but it's the people in the office. When she had to take some time off and I asked to get someone to come over, I paid her out of pocket. I asked if I could be reimbursed, but they said no.
