"I was very satisfied with Home Health Vna. They were absolutely wonderful. The nurses who came were pleasant. I could see them cleaning their hands with hand cleaner and they even put something down on my sofa before they put their big bags of stuff on to protect from germs. They're very knowledgeable and had the answers to all my questions. They gave me physical, occupational, behavioral therapy. They have a very knowledgeable diabetes nurse. They're excellent. The only thing I found hard to deal with was all of a sudden, I was inundated with nurses and appointments, and it was upsetting to my daily routine and just too much for me. I could do twice a week, but twice a day every day is a little bit hard to deal with. I highly recommend them, though."

"Although I obviously can't speak about the quality of every single nurse and CNA in this agency, I can give a good review based on my experience with one CNA. She was an absolutely wonderful woman who went above and beyond caring for my mother after her surgery. She would straighten up the house according to my mothers wishes, and dust to help my mother cope with her allergies. It was very important to me that whoever cared for my mother would work on showing her new ways to do things after her back surgery (so that she could feel independent) and this CNA was great at slowly introducing tasks back to her. The CNA was also very good about notifying our physician whenever something was going amiss. Ultimately, I loved how she did more than just feeding, bathing, and cleaning, but was a great friend to my mother as well. "

"My mom was using Partner In-home Care, and they've been very good. The person who come down here was very respectful and professional. We had a bad experience with the previous agency wherein my mom's health was compromised. I'm the only one who look after my mom and it's been tough situation for us. It's been very hard to build trust again with another different people, but the Partners In-home Care made it easy for us to go with the transition. They are nice and very caring. I'm hoping that everything will work fine for us especially with my mom. "

"We're using MAS Home Care for my mom because we needed one that took Medicaid. Currently they do light housework once a week and hygiene stuff for three to four hours. So far everything is routine or recurring. The billing has so far been pretty automatic since we're paying through Medicaid; initially it was private pay. The caregiver who's assisting my mom is great, she is very present, and pays attention to my mom. She's considering Mom's needs, but knowledgeable enough to be able to coax her and make her comfortable enough so that she can help her without making her feel like a helpless senior."

"'d like to thank all of the nurses at Nizhoni as well as the owner for all of the wonderful care given to my father during his recovery from surgery. [The owner] extended free care to my Dad when his insurance would not cover it. The nurses were wonderful, they treated my father with great respect, and he looked forward to every visit. The physical therapist and occupational therapist worked very closely with my Dad and my Mom because my Dad also has a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease. They took the time to show my Mom ways to help my Dad, which was above and beyond their required duties. I would highly recommend Nizhoni to anyone. If they could do such a great job with my Dad, they've earned an A+ in my book! Lastly, I'd like to just say an extra "thank you" to the owner, for offering that free care. We would have been lost without you guys! Thank you again, from both my Mom and myself. "

"The caregivers from VNACare were very professional, caring, and prompt. The caregivers answered my every question, explained every exercise and why I needed to do them. I was taught lots of tips, dos and don'ts and more. They put me at ease when I was anxious about the timeline of my recovery. NO question or concern was ever taken lightly. And I had a phone number o each of them if I needed. All this put me at ease during my time at home. I recommend this agency highly. "

"We had St. Joseph Home and Hospice care for my mother. She was a very difficult patient and didn't want anybody at the house, but these people gave all the patience in the world to deal with her. I liked the therapists because they made her do what she needed to have done. There was also one particular caretaker that my mother absolutely adored. She gave her a shower. She came in two to three times a week, made a cup of coffee, sat there and chit-chatted with her. My mother still talks about her today. They did a fantastic job. The whole organization was superb! Would I choose them again? Most definitely. "
