It has been a positive experience, because they do clean the house well. The agency should really know what the client needs. They only give a short notice when they change aides. Also, they should look at the profile of the client. The repeated changes makes the client have flare ups with his paranoia.

It is a significant impact when the service can be delivered in a timely manner. I appreciate their ability to have a twenty-four-hour hotline. They have been able to return calls within twelve hours, so that's also helpful. We have had some success with some other caregivers.

Some days are better than others. They do make an impact but it is the communication that is hard when it is not the same person. Communication with the staff is difficult because we have to go through Always Best Care. They are a good company and people do show up. It is hard to find anybody consistently. They do have different people to come in and work with you.

She follows through and does anything he needs to be done like bathing, changing the bed, and washing. I really appreciate not having to do those things when she comes. It gives me a break. I like the person that they send out to come 3 days a week. They need to do better on matching the person with the family because we have had a couple that didn't pan out at all.

The agency's representative came and interviewed me to assess what I was needing in a home caregiver. She was very pleasant and listened to my requests and wanted to make sure I had a caregiver that matched the requirements needed to care for my husband. I only had one provider from this company and she came for only one day. The caregiver was very nice and attentive to my husband. She was inexperienced but the agency gave her a care plan to follow, which she did.
