I really don't need personal care but more like a companion. I can't drive anymore so that was my main reason to have them. I needed a driver. My son passed away and I needed help to clean out his house and go through his things. I have bad legs so I can't walk very well. I can't lift or move boxes so I needed assistance. They help move the boxes and go through closets. When I needed them they were there for me. I had very good help with them. The girls follow directions well. They do have too much paper work. They always bring me more papers to fill out. I think they need something to do about that especially if the client is a 95-year old like me. Other than that, I've been very satisfied with their help."

One by One Home Care contacted me initially since they were new in the area. They're very caring and have a concern for their client. They are efficiently organized when it comes to their schedule and billing system. They really are very careful about meeting our needs. They're sensitive to the timing of things and how to take care of things. Overall, they're very professional and experienced in their care.

We at One by One Home Care understand the way you feel about obtaining quality care for a loved one. Our focus is always on reliability, safety and quality of life. We will treat your loved one as though we were providing care for a member of our own family. We can provide merely a bath visit or up to 24 hours of care. Our Registered Nurse will provide a free, in-home evaluation and implement a plan of care that is unique to each of our clients. All of our employees undergo a thorough background screening, drug test, DMV record check and we are fully licensed, bonded and insured.
