They help me to bathroom, help me with walking. They do help me bath. They could be more attentive with that. New people have to be told what to do. They could help prepare food and take out trash.

I like this company because when I had issues with the healthcare person they sent out, they sent out someone else permanently and she's been my saving grace.

They do what is requested, they also provide encouraging feedback about her diabetes. The general quality is good except for one aide. They do lack consistency, there has been a lot of change in caregivers.

They could have a more consistent provider. I understand that there are scheduling issues, but it would probably be better if we had the same person every time. I like the contact that the company gives me. They stay in touch. They reach out to see how things are going.
