Unskilled Support Services will be provided in your home by a Personal Care Assistant or Companion Sitter for the following functional limitations: Services include assistance with toileting, feeding, bathing, transportation services, doctor visits, transfer assistance, exercise, putting on clothes, bill paying, book keeping, memory care, companionship, along with many other activities of daily living.
