She is only here once a week but it's good. I like that she helps me with my showering and bowl flush. I like that they have a good CNA.

The care has allowed me to function in my own environment. They have allowed me to be in my own home. The agency should get the best people to work for them.

The agency always has someone there and they get replacements if someone can't make it to make our experience positive. There is a shortage of staff, and we are trying to get someone consistent, we have a different person each day.

I am able to accomplish more, we make all of our doctor appointments. It has a positive impact on me and husband's life. I like the location, service, and employees are satisfactory and they know what they are doing and they are local.

It gives my husband and I an opportunity to go out and do things we normally can't do. Ted (owner) is wonderful to deal with. He doesn't hesitate to help.

When we have consistent care, they do a good job of helping around the house. Our weekend caregiver does not drive and that would be nice. The turnover rate of caregivers is somewhat high at times so there isn't consistency. The cost is exceptionally high and makes it difficult for those of us on a fixed income.

She helps the most by just being there. He feels secure by having someone medically knowledgeable there. It helps him feel more comfortable. I would recommend Right at Home to others because I love the caregiver that we have. I've never been put off by them and if I've needed something I've gotten a call back. They don't leave me hanging.

I need help, but not a ton of help. It's nice that I get the help and my insurance covers it, so I don't mind using it. The owner's really good. They assist me with the stuff that I need help with.

Right at Home helped my father with his home care needs which allowed him to stay at home a lot longer. The caregivers were like part of the family. They arrived timely and the office was good about letting us know about any changes.
