The staff offered me a choice of the best times that fit with my dad. I went down a list of things I wanted to be done for my dad, and the coordinator explained if the aide could do those things.

They keep me up to date on what's going on. I've had no reason to call and complain about anybody. So far they stay on top of things and are aware of any personnel issues, and the young ladies that we've had we have no complaints about. Sometimes they get complacent but that's common when you work in the same place every day. Sometimes the other agencies put their duties off on Visiting Angels. They are a professional firm. They even insure their caregivers.

I feel comfort because I know that my Angel is coming to assist me, and she is such a pleasant person. I like a lot of them, and my caregivers are awesome. I also like how they give bonuses and invest in their caregivers. My angel loves working there as well.

He will clean the bathroom and change the sheets. He will make food if Jerry gets hungry. I like that we trust them to send someone out who will take their job seriously. We felt safe when we left over a three-day weekend.

I am somewhat disabled with crippled shoulders, and they do things that I can't do, like put sheets on the bed. They do things that I can't do, and they just make life generally better for me. They look around for things to do while they're here and take care of things that I don't even see. My wife passed away, and they helped enormously because she had Alzheimer's. There's a long history of a lot of help. I like that they are well-trained, they are capable, they are caring, and they have really worked to meet my needs for years.
