She helps me with everything I need. She helps me walk with my walker. She helps me walk more and get me out of the house. I make sure to tell them to get someone that is experienced with dementia, they have lots of experienced caregivers.

I have been though about 6 or 7 caregivers and have about 2 good matches that were good. The ones that are not as good of a match don't show up or are not on time. They say they have car trouble. They could get more stable staffing. I have been through a lot of different caregivers.

It was good to see that I could relate to a caregiver in my house, if they could follow through it would make my life easier. They could follow through with what they are supposed to be doing to help me recommend them more.

They help with things like incontinence. They taught things like changing bed linens when he was bed ridden. I feel like the director is very respectful and is very responsive when things arrive.

The caregivers are there for the client and they watch her. They help her get her groceries as well. They provide for her personal care and do housekeeping as well. We have problems getting weekend help.

If they tell you they will be here at 9 am they need to be here at 9 am or tell us that they will not be here. They need to be reliable. We have had many times when the caregiver did not show up.

My friend is getting home care with Bluebird. We really like the managing partner. Their staff has been very attentive and my friend is very happy with them. We chose them because we were very pleased with the services they offered and the cost of the care. The caregiver is just delightful. My friend has a couple of different ones during the full week, and she is very happy. They're very attentive and delightful people. She enjoys them very much; she's just spoiled rotten. So far, it has worked out beautifully, and we don't have to worry about it. There is always somebody there and they take care of all the billing.

If they could have sent the same person consistently that could have helped. Different people were coming on different days of the week, and that makes it difficult to explain everything that I needed. They went through unnecessary explanations to keep them up to speed. Maybe someone couldn't fit my schedule and it would be good to have one back up. They have good experienced people and the people are ready from home and for any kind of situation, very punctual, willing to adjust their schedule.

They did most of the things that I asked them to, but sometimes I did have to ask them to do things that were mundane. They did a good job, though. They were just being here for me. They did a good job. Most of their people were pleasant. They helped me in different ways.

There were so many of them and they weren't good self-starters. They were ill-equipped. They needed some training. Some of the girls that came had such terrible attitudes and they brought their home problems with them, like their children. They would have the attitude that I would do whatever they said. Out of the 6 girls I had, there was probably 1 that was outstanding, and she got pregnant.

They should improve the training of the caretaker to whatever the needs are for the patient. My mother, even at 90 years old, is active. She can walk, her caregiver takes her to senior exercise and the grocery store. My mother may need a little more prompting to do a little more exercise around the house as far as walking and moving her legs. She needs to be encouraged to get up, walk around, and move more. Their training of their caretakers should be improved. Overall training for what a patient's needs are or what they might need should be better.

I couldn't hardly get along without her because she is my driver, goes to the store for me, and takes me out for lunch, so it helps my quality of life. They could be more on time, but the girl I have now is good, and I am pleased with her.

It provides me the ability to fly between New York and Georgia and it makes it so I only have to pay the price of someone to come with me. I like how easy they made it. They were able to meet our needs by being resourceful, which is the most important part. The second thing is that the caretaker is very good. The caregiver that I've had is very good and is pursuing higher education, which is good.

I have used them infrequently and I have had two different caregivers that are okay. I had one caregiver that is absolutely wonderful. I have called and requested them. The other two, I had to tell them everything to do. There are certain things I don't want to do, like laundry.

It was not adequate at all. It was pretty hard for my children. The first thing that happened was that I was told I would have two people here, 12 hours each. They only sent one woman here, and she did not want to do what was needed. It didn't work out at all for me.
