I like the ease of scheduling, communication, and so far, we've only had one staff member come to the house and it has been consistent which I like.

We needed more help when my wife fell and broke her hip. Without the care and attendance, I wouldn't be able to take care of my wife or have a quality of life. The caregivers are very competent. During the first three or four weeks that we had BrightStar Care, we had 18 different caregivers. I was assured they would get a team of 4-5 caregivers for our 24/7 needs. I was very disappointed when things didn't work out that way at first. Since then, things have gotten much better and we only have about five caregivers.
