We visited the area for our daughter’s wedding. The caregivers were very professional and caring. The agency did a great job in coordinating our care to meet our specific needs. We would gladly use them again!

Homewatch Caregivers did an excellent job helping to care for my elderly aunt during her last few months before she recently passed away. The owner and the nursing supervisor are very professional, concerned and compassionate. They made every effort to make sure that my aunt had appropriate care as her needs increased and did their best to handle bumps in the schedule. I felt that my aunt’s well-being was of personal concern to them and that she was not “just another client.” The home health aides were very caring and went “above and beyond”. I have no hesitation in recommending Homewatch Caregivers.

I contacted the agency for six weeks of care while recently visiting Florida. Appreciated that my request was handled professionally, although the request was "last minute". I definitely would use their services again. Irma was always easy to contact, and she did a fantastic job of coordinating all aspects of care to make sure I had the help I needed. Mia handled the schedule and billing well for the time I was there. I appreciate the two aides for the very good care they gave: Michelle and Monica. They even learned how to use a Hoyer lift!

My needs were for morning assistance, about five hours every day. Homewatch was extremely diligent in providing constant Caregivers. Their Director visited me in my home to ascertain my needs. Her staff was not only diligent but caring. Working with them and the Aides they provided was a pleasant and helpful situation, and I am most thankful for that.

Homewatch Caregivers was great. They did everything I asked and they took care of my wife perfectly. Mainly it was companionship. They helped with feeding her, and sometimes they have to change her. They kept her comfortable and they kept her company when I had to run errands. I had one caregiver but then she stopped because of personal issues, then I had two more come in and it didn't work out, and then I had the last one that stayed with me for five months, and she was exceptional. She was caring, loving, and very thoughtful.

Homewatch Caregivers are excellent. I only have two aides left and they're very attentive. They help me with taking a shower, they help me with doing my blood pressure, and they help me if I need help with cooking lunch. They're also companions. I have my daughter and she takes me to the doctor and to the store if I have to go. My caregivers are wonderful, they take care of me, and they are just excellent. I don't have not a bad word to say about them. They treat me just like a family member.

Homewatch Caregivers were good. I had them for a few days because my husband passed away. The caregiver was here for three weeks and that was it. I met the owner and she was a very nice lady. The one that they sent me was very good. I like her very much. She gave him a bath, she dressed him, she moved him from the bed to the chair and back, and she cleaned. They're very good.

Homewatch Caregivers are fine. My first young lady and she has been with me for seven months now. She is fine and she helps me with everything. I need help with bathing, with food, and with walking. She does light housekeeping and laundry, she shops, and she takes me to the doctor's office. Neither one of us has a car so I have to get someone to drive me and she comes with me. She is good. I do the scheduling and everything is working out fine.

We have been with Homewatch Caregivers of Southwest Broward for three to four months so far. My dad needs companion care. They help with showering him, bathing him, brushing his teeth, and dying hair if needed. They help him with a lot of stuff. There are a lot of good things about it. What I don't like is the price. I think it is very expensive especially in this pandemic. They're charging us $20 an hour. They come seven days a week. We have a really nice lady named Julie who sees my dad from Monday to Friday, and there is another nurse and she comes on the weekends. Everything is very good with them. However, there have been times that the nurses came really late and I'm very punctual, so I don't like it when people come late. They're good and we're really happy with them. If I could change one thing, they should have consideration for the prices. At $20 an hour, five hours a day and seven days a week, because of the situation we're all growing through right now, I think they should have a little bit more care about the situation especially when you're paying $100 a day. One thing I also don't like is that they are charging a time and a half for major holidays, which I understand but I think the patients should not be responsible for whatever the holiday pays. I think that it's not fair that the patient is paying the holiday pay. Sometimes the nurses don't do much. They'll do what they have to do but once the patient goes to sleep, what can they do, they're sitting around and that's it.

Homewatch Caregivers helps me with meal preparation, laundry, making my bed, sweeping the floor, watering the flowers, walking the dog, and making dinner. I have had them since December 2020. I only have one caregiver but there was a substitute at Christmas for two weeks but that was just substitution. The caregiver is very competent, helps with transportation to doctor's appointments and to the grocery.

We are using Homewatch Caregivers of Southwest Broward for my mom. They are providing mostly companionship, taking walks, helping with her meals, laundry, and light housekeeping. She had one caregiver, and she was very good, friendly, responsive, and on time. They could improve on housekeeping. Communication is very good, and I'm satisfied.

Our experience with Homewatch Caregivers was great. My mom just needed someone to live in, that's why we cancelled it. We used them for about eight weeks. We had someone there from 5 to 9 to help feed her, clean her up and put her to bed. The two caregivers that we had were fantastic. My mom loved them both. The people that were sent for us were excellent. They're very helpful at the time for what we needed. They were very professional and accommodating. My mom was very comfortable with them.

Irma and Doris in the agency have been working with my family to support our 96 year old mother with in home care for the past few months. They have provided attentive, kind, and knowledgeable service. The process from contract signing, insurance claim reimbursement, selection of care givers, and follow-up has been incredibly easy. It took a few 'try-outs' to find the perfect match for Mom, and the agency were more than agreeable and very patient to ensure we found the right match. We now have a caring and professional care-giver in Sharon, and continue to have consistent communication with the agency. In comparison to our experience with other agencies, the team at HWCG SW Broward are the best. They make our family feel like we are their number one clients!

I’ve been very impressed with the service provided by Homewatch CareGivers since I began using them several months ago. I’m very pleased that the caregivers are consistent. It’s important to me that my husband has the same caregiver on a daily basis. Our current one is amazing. She goes above and beyond. The office staff is very attentive to any needs I may have. Overall, our experience has been excellent and I would highly recommend Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Broward to anyone.

I have hired Homewatch Caregivers of Southwest Broward for my dad. It has been OK. I haven't had any issues with them. The aide comes in three hours a day, Monday through Friday. She fixes my dad's bed, she does his laundry, she prepares his lunch, she helps bathe him, she gives him his exercise therapy, and she helps shave him. The billing and scheduling are OK. I have the same caregiver. She has been good with him. She is friendly. I would recommend them. So far, it has been OK.

Home watchers is definitely a company I recommend for your care services. Irma was the one who arranged a post op care aid for me and was very informative and made the process very easy. The care of my aid was great, she was beyond helpful and I can’t thank her enough honestly. I’m happy I chose home watchers for my post op care, no regrets. Would recommend to anyone

Homewatch Caregivers were very good. They provide excellent care and I appreciated them. They're very nice. They watched my father. They took him out for dinner, which was nice, but since this epidemic we're being more careful with people. They were excellent and I love everybody. They were great. Everybody did the best thing they could do and everybody did a very good job. They were very good to my Dad. As of now, I'm not going to bring too many people in but they were good.

Homewatch Caregivers are fine. Well, if I didn't like the aide, I would have told her to leave. She helps me with grocery shopping, doctor's appointments, cleaning and washing. The caregivers are OK. They're working good and they're very smart. I have a caregiver for a long time now but sometimes I have to tell her that she is working for me and I'm not working for her. She is doing it for herself like it is her home. Well, the way she lives and the way I live is altogether different. The agency is the best, but mostly it is the workers.

We have been using Homewatch Caregivers for about 8 months now. They're for my mom and they're excellent. My mom has an aide that comes in and helps her out. They help her with meal preparation, they do shopping, and they do a little cleaning. They help her with whatever she needs to be done. Mom is very comfortable with her caregiver. Homewatch Caregiver meet whatever needs you have. They're very caring, and they take what you need into consideration. It is such a good company. I'm very satisfied with them.

My experience with Homewatch Caregivers was excellent. We only had the privilege of having the caregiver for a week. We are thinking about that in the future to bring them back; however the problem is this COVID has my three sisters over there very paranoid and they're taking precaution in taking care of my parents. Nevertheless, we had a great experience with them. We like the caregivers. They were very professional and very thorough. We had no complaints and it was very good. They were basically doing sitting; they were not doing any hands-on care. My parents are still quite independent, but my mother is just a little bit unsteady, so they watched her how she got in the shower and made sure that she was safe in there. They did some cooking and some housekeeping, too. My father is quite independent so he really didn't need much help. The only thing that he needed was to be reminded to take his medicines. They were very thorough, very professional and very trustworthy.

Homewatch Caregivers were wonderful. They provided custodial care. They were doing the things that a sitter would normally do. All of them were very well educated and quite different than any other aides that we experienced. They were very good and very concerned with my father-in-law. They did everything they possibly could to make him comfortable. We had them stay through the end when hospice was there around-the-clock. My father-in-law felt more comfortable with them, so that was good. They were really extraordinary. He loved both of the caregivers. They did cooking and light housekeeping. Mostly they're just with him, and whatever he needed they took care of it. They're the only one I would ever recommend. We dealt with a lot of agencies and they were no doubt the best and the highest calibre people.

Homewatch Caregivers was for my mom. They were pretty good. However, my parents don't like people going over their house. It was hard for us to help them accept them and when they did, they were only going 2 hours a day 3 times a week but they were still uncomfortable. My parents don't like anybody in the house. Well, the service was pretty good. They were very informative. We didn't have any issues with them.
