Home Instead Vero Beach provides in-home care for my mom five days per week. They drive her to appointments, take her shopping and on outings, and make sure she eats well. My mom feels so comfortable with the kind and helpful care providers from Home Instead. The care providers and staff are reliable and communicative.

The agency responds quickly to my requests. Valerie is a good cook and willing to try new recipes. She is reliable and trustworthy. Phyllis is a hard worker and was willing to put up my small Christmas tree. Both ladies are very punctual. I'm very grateful to Home Instead for their help.

We have lived in assisted care for 3 years and have now moved into a home where we use a Home Instead caregiver. Being in a home with your own caregiver is so much better. you don't have to put up with services affected by the revenue of the facility. We love our caregiver,Deborah, and find her services match our needs perfectly.

Very professional agency with accessible and experienced leadership and managers and great sensitivity to the needs of their clients which is very reassuring at times of stress. We were provided an experienced HHA who was kind and caring and extremely industrious, always self-initiating completion of household tasks without direction while being available for personal assistive care needs of the physically and cognitively challenged client. We would engage them again without reservation should the need arise.

The caregiver that was selected for my mother is perfect for her needs. She assists with necessary tasks and gives mom her space. She doesn't hover over her constantly. Always on time. Does light housekeeping. Takes mom to dialysis. Prepares meals, etc. Schedule changes have been easy. A live person to speak with when you call the office.

If there is a change in the schedule, all I have to do is call to notify them. The agency is very accepting of my scheduling needs. They understand the need to stay with one companion for my mother and not have multiple companions coming to the house that would easily confuse her. The companion tries to be very interactive with my mother instead of just watching over her.

Thank you for the key services you provide during each week. A few of them I would not complete on my own due to their difficulty to complete.

Home Instead has been for me and my family the most wonderful, caring and joyful experience. They have lifted a great burden from our shoulders. I tried another service and they sent someone with no experience with dementia patients. The staff have been more than accommodating, leaving me with a sense of calmness and my husband extremely well cared for.

We were a client of Home Instead, a home care agency after my mom's surgery. I needed to go to work and she needed somebody to watch her.Since then, I have been home for my mom because of friends were here so I really didn't need somebody here with her now. They were great. I didn't have any complaints with them. If I need them, I'll call them again.
