Right at Home is a great company to receive services from! Their caregivers have been such a pleasure and joy for my loved one in their time of need. Also, the team at the main office does a great job taking care of my loved one and they always seek ways to accommodate our expectations. They have been wonderful to communicate with and always provide a service that is personable and professional.

Not showing up and not returning calls is an issue I've had. This is very disrespectful of a client's time scheduling.

My mom, 73 had back surgery and needed to be immobile as much as possible when her physical therapist was not there. She lives alone. My sister lives in Miami and works full-time with a school age child. I live closer but about 30 miles away and also work full-time as a contractor. I researched agencies and contacted RAH. I spoke with an Op Coordinator, Lisa. I immediately loved her and what RAH provided. The rates were very reasonable with a minimum 3-hr visit for the days and timeframes you need, they are on time too. My mom had a Care Admin the 1st day and enjoyed her. A young lady with a family of her own. Her schedule changed to nightshifts on other days, so RAH informed us via Text and email. RAH is very responsive. My mom's new Care Admin, she enjoys even more. A lady older than the 1st, and mom says she relates more with her. My sister and I are able to worry less that mom is doing too much, because she has help now when we are not there. For now RAH comes 3 days a week. As mom gets more mobile I may reduce it a day. But it's peace of mind knowing there are great caring people in Home Care agencies like RAH. Thank you all for what you do and what you mean to my family, especially mom.

I am not having to be there 24/7. I am able to be with my grandchildren. There is definitely an improvement for me. In my experience, I have two individuals who are very good with my father in all aspects. The only thing is they are not certified CNAs or anything like that. I think they could use more training on what is Alzheimer's and other things.

It's just something I need right now. They have helped me the most with homemaking and supervision in the shower for safety. Some of the caregivers are good, and others are not good. The continuity of care is needs improvement.

She is a very difficult person and she has a hard time letting go, but the company does try. The problem I am having is when someone doesn't show up for work, it is really hard for people with Alzheimer's to get someone new.

They make my life easier in the way that they assist me. They make sure that everything is done properly. They need to do more with the appointments. I like the way that the caregivers have been treating me in a fair and responsible way.

They get her to do things that she doesn't want to do. They take her outside for a stroll in the wheelchair. I have a very good relationship with them. They are accommodating and provide good, quality people. The two caregivers we have are pretty good.

Having them really attempt to understand my situation is helpful. In general, the staff has been really wonderful. They have been good with my dad and they're flexible with us. They seem genuinely caring and they go above and beyond a lot.

It was very inconvenient because the caregivers they sent were either late, didn't show up, or were minimally qualified. They need to hire more qualified personnel.

This company is unreliable. Twice, no one showed up and a few times the girls were late. We couldn't depend on them anymore so we are now in the process of finding a company that we can rely on. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because if there are important doctor appointments scheduled, you can't depend on anyone showing up. Another area that some of the assistants were not thrilled about was light housekeeping. They just didn't seem to want to do it. Although we know they are not maids, it was included as a part of the service that they provided. Stay away from this company.

It is the convenience of knowing that my mother is taking care of. There is someone coming in, and all the nurses work together. It has made my life much easier.

They need to be more involved in my care. My caregiver is not very proactive. We spend a lot of time just looking at each other. My caregiver needs to be doing more. She never asks what she could do or how I would like her to do something.

Their accounting prevents me from recommending them. When I catch up with the payments, all of a sudden I need to make more payments. Their billing statements are super hard to keep up with, and they need to make a change of how it runs. Right now, my loved one gets baths from her aide. We do need the caregiver to let my loved one get up, but she refuses to let her practice with her walker.

Right at Home is very good. We don't have complaints and everything is working out just fine. They clean the house, go to the store and go into the VA when my brother needs to. The caregivers are very good. We've had a few problems, like when a car doesn't start, but they took care of that. I picked them because they were close by and our interview worked out.

When you need some relief, Right at Home is there for you. Right at Home was very helpful. I could have used them sooner because they helped me. Right at Home was getting in the way towards the end. I was confused about what they would do and they wouldn't do.

I would say that Right at Home always tries to be accommodating to get caregivers over to the client's house, but they are not exactly what the client needs. I am mostly satisfied though. Right at Home could do better if they were with the client all day. Also, if they did all of the things that they say they would do, like shopping with the client, that would be helpful.

For the past several months, we have relied on Right at Home to help in caring for our mother who is in the early stages of Alzheimer's Disease. We were looking for a company with caregivers and supervisors who could professionally and tenderly respond our mother's needs, and grow with us as her need for care increases. Right as Home has been the answer to our prayers.

We have used Right at Home for the last 3 months to help care for my husbanad who has Parkinson's and Lewy Body dementia. We couldn't ask for better assistents. We have two very caring women who are on rotation during the entire week from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Had to have last minute help for two overnights and that was provided without a hitch. Couldn't be more pleased with their service.

My mother in law developed Dementia at the age of 63, she came to live with us. I quickly found that I could not handle this on my own. We did out research and found Right at Home Tampa, after many positive referrals we choose them to aid in the care of my mother in law. It was a battle day to day, but with in home care it made life a lot easier. When you give care for a living its a practiced patience that only certain people have. We were blessed to have Right At Home Tampa in our lives at our time of need. I could still maintain my job and family with the assistance I had from an in home service. The piece of mind and secure feeling of knowing your loved one is safe, and in there own home is priceless. I would recommend Right At Home Tampa to anyone who is in need of quality, loving at home care. They are worth every penny. And we had nothing but very positive experiences with them.
