When the person was here, they communicated what they could do and how long they had to do it. They were clear cut about how to accomplish what needed to be done. It was really just the scheduling and the communication issues in their office.

The caregivers were very good and attentive, I would recommend them greatly. But the office staff has not made life easier. They are good people but they are not efficient. They are a good company, and the caregivers are good, but the office is not that efficient and they make a lot of mistakes. It is an awkward situation.

We have had Right at Home for a couple of weeks now. They were able to find us a caregiver immediately, and everything is fine. The caregiver we have is excellent and doing great. She's perfect for the job and does everything to help us around the house. It is being paid for by Medicaid.
