She was available all the time. She did not roam around without permission, I allowed her to visit her daughter because her apartment was just down the road. This is the first time I've used them, and they were very good. I live in a Hispanic neighborhood, I'm Caucasian, and my caregiver was black, she was very respectful even though she had to pick me up in a sketchy neighborhood.

I have been using Right at Home for over eight months to assist in caring for my wife who suffered a stroke in spring of last year. I have always found the caregivers to be very professional, punctual, compassionate and attentive to my wife's needs. The office staff is very professional, responsive and flexible to my requests. I highly recommend Right at Home of Longwood/Lake Mary if you are searching for an in-home care agency. You can't go wrong with them!

Most of the people are not very good but he has a couple diamonds in the rough. They are good people. One of them is a lady named Gale and another is the one I am using right now since Gale is booked up is named Natasha. The owner, Rob picked me up from the hospital since I did not have a ride and took me to my house where I had a person waiting.

This depends on the caregiver. I train them myself. They help me get into and out of bed. I would recommend them. They are average. I would like to see them give us caregivers that have a good basic knowledge of their job. That is hard for them to provide.
