My Homecare nurse had recommended Right At Home to us. I’m paraplegic and bedbound, so getting me Hoyer-lifted into the shower chair, bathing me, and taking care of my very curly, rather difficult hair is complicated. The first visits were done by Rosalei and she had “tricks of the trade“ that no one had ever done before. She carefully trained Christal, who has been just amazing. She is completely professional, but also friendly and caring and relatable. When people are taking care of your naked body, you want to feel comfortable with them. I would highly recommend them for home healthcare.

My 80 year old mother fell and broke her ankle. In one instant our world turned upside down and we needed help. It was a time when home health care was overwhelmed with COVID and short staffed. I called numerous agencies and no one could or would help. My last call was to “ Right at Home”. Rosalie was immediately ready to listen and heard the desperation in my voice and went out of her way to accommodate our request. They did not have anyone available so She went over and beyond by driving 45 minutes out of her way to help us. I will never forget her and will forever be indebted to her and her agency.
