Allied Care is the perfect adjunct service for the elderly or disabled individual who is starting to have trouble coping with independent living because of chronic disability or increasing frailty. Our service also provides relief for the family caretakers, freeing them from the stress of caring for their loved ones and even helping them to improve the quality of life for the individuals they care so much about. Allied Care Companions will work in conjunction with in-home medical service providers to allow families the ability to provide total comprehensive care solutions. Allied Care Companions do not provide medical services. In addition to our companion services, Allied Care provides Concierge Services to our clients, providing a single point of contact for services related to the individual or individual’s home.

Geriatric Care Management services provide families who live at a distance or locally and want an advocate for their loved one. In-home assessments are most often requested to determine short and long-term care goals, identify resources to maximize independence and improve quality of life. This includes addressing activities of daily living, financial matters and environmental concerns. Angels Among Us Services Inc will act as a liaison with family members to ensure safety, alert them to any potential problems and take a proactive approach towards implementing any changes for the benefit of your loved one. Advocacy, caregiver support, counseling for individuals and families. Along with education and ongoing monitoring, we can also implement coordination of moving into an assisted living or memory care. We offer other types of services to reduce the worry and stress experienced by caregivers.
