Since our patients need highly skilled professionals, we are continually teaching and providing opportunities for nurses and other staff to grow their knowledge and skill levels. Our nurses provide one-on-one patient care and are surrounded by a team of professionals that are available at all times to ensure our patients are well taken care of as needed. We also offer in home care (unskilled nursing care) provided by a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant. Some of the services include; assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, eating and housekeeping tasks. We provide non-medical, aide services and companion care to seniors, elderly, and physically challenged adults. Through coordinated care and support for clients and their families, we enable our clients to live at home with comfort, health, and peace of mind. We also provide companion support for clients transitioning back to home from assisted living, discharging from a hospital or nursing home, or recovering from elective procedures.
