I was using Qualicare Homecare - San Ramon, CA for my parents. When I was looking for somebody and made a couple of calls, they were the first to respond. They came out. I enjoyed the discussions I had with them and I just felt comfortable with them. I'm not using them right now. It was only for an emergency situation. They were very responsive. They just came in there immediately and took over the care of my mom. They were wonderful. I had to go out of town in an emergency. So they came in and just took over in terms of I bought everything I needed to buy and set it up and stuff. They took good care of my mom. She loved them, and I will use them again. The pricing seemed about normal or average from the billing perspective, I can say we're okay. They were very dependable, very professional, and they were kind, and very understanding of the circumstances I have been in. So I appreciated everything they did.

Qualicare is a home care provider agency. I had Qualicare helped me with providing a caregiver to help me with different needs that I had because I am handicap and needed a caregiver to help me in my home. I have tried about 4 different agencies to help me but Qualicare was by far the best so I stayed with this agency until I moved last week. Shona who is the president of Qualicare was great and her staff that helped her was also very good. What made Qualicare the best is that this agency really care about what kind of caregiver that Would fit the personality of the customer and whether or not the caregiver could provide what the customer needed. At the beginning of our relationship, an RN came and spent several hours assessing what the needs of the customer were and assessing the type of personality of the customer. Then they would find a caregiver from their staff to fit this Customer. In the beginning, the RN would check frequently of how it was working out for the customer and the caregiver. The last caregiver I had, matched me perfectly. She knew exactly what I needed and she provided everything I needed. If I asked her to do something for me, she would always “ok”. and it was done. She never said say “no”. She was very pleasant @nd she fitted my personality and she took care of my needs daily. I couldn’t ask for more.

We are two months in with Qualicare Home Care for my Mother. I am beyond thrilled with this company. From the first phone call on I have been treated with respect and caring. Everyone has been a delight to deal with shout out to Shona and Grace for putting up with me! They are always gracious and accommodating. We got the very wonderful home health care woman. She is ALWAYS ontime and happy to be there. She is amazing with mom and ever ready to help or go above and beyond. The first attempt at comparability was a 100% success. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with this company and have recommended them to others.

I worked with Shona Mehta at Qualicare in the Bay Area to get part time in home help for my mom who has Alzheimer’s. Shona was so compassionate and easy to talk to. She provided a great caregiver who my mom had zero issues with (which is good because my mom can be difficult). I would use Shona again in a heartbeat and highly recommend.

I'm happy with the service of Qualicare Homecare - San Ramon, CA so far. We're doing in-home care. Right now, we just have her cooking, a little bit of light cleaning, and making sure she takes her medicine. The caregiver seems attentive and willing to do what we ask of her. They are on time, and she was definitely flexible, and willing to help.
