In general, things are great, but sometimes it can be hard to find caregivers on short notice if a regular caregiver is sick and cannot come to work. They are pretty flexible and their caregivers are generally well qualified.

Right at home is exactly has great service the caregivers are fantastic we need help and we used them for over a year for our family member so caring so respectful and responsible all the staff that we dealt with., but 3 of them were Jennifer,Medina and Sandra they were so kind hearted they treat our family member like their own mother. I would highly recommend and encourage everyone who needs help like we did to use right at home services. Because they are extremely caring human beings we were so grateful for everyone that supported as on difficult times.

Right at Home healthcare agency did a fantastic job while I was in the Bay Area for some medical treatment. I needed very specialized care in that I had to lay flat on my back while being driven to various medical appointments and back to my hotel. Gulraj the owner was able to find me a caregiver who was able to not only care for me but provide transportation so that I was able to lie completely flat. The caregiver Kenneth was timely, warm, caring, and competent. Gulraj was completely engaged with setting up my arrangements and making sure that everything went according to plan. When I needed medication picked up, even after hours, they were able to do this for me as an accommodation. I can't say enough about this company and caregiver. They were absolutely the best.

I couldn't do without her. Hulda helps me with my daily routine, and shopping, and takes me to my appointments. Hulda is outstanding, so I'm rating everything based on her. Also, they check in with me every once in a while to make sure everything is okay.

If you are looking for a company to help take care of your loved ones, please speak with Gulraj at the Right at Home, San Mateo office directly. You will instantly feel at ease. Before I found Right at Home, I had hired, then fired three other well known organizations to take care of my father. Their staff was lazy, sleeping on the job and could care less about my dad. I was so relieved to find Gulraj at Right at Home, San Mateo. When we first spoke Gulraj was interested in my dad, his history, passions and needs. Everything I mentioned, including that my dad was a photographer, was written down and shared with the care team. They would all engage my dad, make him laugh and make sure he was comfortable. The staff were incredibly supportive, helpful, concerned and compassionate with my dad. I never had to worry if staff was late, sick, lazy or sleeping. Gulraj kept a good eye on everything and has been the most caring owner of a senior care company I have ever found. He answers his phone, supports everyone and helped through some difficult situations. Gulraj and his team are their for their patients and it shows. My dad has now passed away, but Gulraj and his staff were there to the end and I couldn't have coped without their compassion and fantastic support. Thank you all.

We used Right at home for the end of my Father's life care. Right at Home has a majority of excellent care givers. One was not and we asked that they not come again. We needed medication administration and Right at Home was unable to administer for us. The caregivers arrived on time and would usually jump if asked to do something. If one does not need medication administration, I recommend them . Thank you for your assistance in the care of my father at the end of his life.

We're using Right at Home for my mother. They help with grocery shopping, light housekeeping, just generally watching her, making meals, and taking her to doctors' appointments. The aides are very good and very caring. Our communication with the agency is good. We text, exchange emails, and make phone calls. They're all very accessible in that sense. I'm thankful for their service.

I am the main caregiver and R A H came in to allow me time off. The people who came in were kind and concerned. They sat with, conversed with, and attended to all needs. I was appreciative of their professionalism and support. R A H also communicated with me to follow up on performance of employees as well as progress of my mother-in-law. I would highly recommend R A H should you need assistance and support.
