Ms. Reginato, the owner of Living Ideas For Elders, has worked in a variety of settings with seniors and their families since 1985. She earned a degree in Pubic Administration with a Minor in Gerontology from San Francisco State University. She worked at an Alzheimer Adult Day Health Program in San Francisco, with the owner of multiple residential care homes, on the skilled nursing floor at The Tamalpais in Greenbrae, at two hospices, and for the senior dining site and Meals on Wheels Program in Petaluma. She worked the majority of her career as a geriatric care manager for the Masonic Homes of California, a program serving seniors throughout California.

With this broad background and many years' experience, Ms. Reginato is able to devise creative care plans that are both pragmatic and effective. Ms. Reginato's care philosophy is that the seniors are the clients and their wishes and needs are paramount. She has a knack for listening and brings a warmth and a sense of humor to her work. She reminds clients they are in control and she is not tied to the outcome, which allows clients to make decisions in their time. She specializes in facilitating family meetings where concerns can be aired and options discussed.
