She is very personable and has a very good attitude. Office personnel Nicole and Elizabeth are always kind and responsive to my every need be it with my health or my long term insurance. I highly recommend Home Instead.

My husband suffers from Alzheimer’s disease and I used Home Instead caregivers for both daytime and evening support. The office staff were always available to answer any questions I had and were able to adjust the scheduling to fit any changes that came up. All the caregivers were well trained and the overnight staff were especially capable of dealing with my husband who wandered all night. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to put into place the overnight caregivers on very short notice and I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend Home Instead to anyone who is looking for home care.

Jean (client care coordinator) came into our lives at a very vulnerable time. Even tho we just met a couple of months ago, I feel like we have been friends for a long time and that she was familiar with my mother and her needs. Home Instead cared for our father for nearly 3 years. They were extremely communicative and flexible with regard to our father's increasing care needs as his neurodegenerative disorder and old age progressed. They endeavored to develop consistency of caregivers which was very difficult due to Covid. We don't know where Home Instead found such caring and capable people to provide difficult in-home care but the caregivers were terrific!

Our caregiver is fantastic! We use Home Instead for four hours every week, and our caregiver takes care of all the heavy lifting and heavy work that needs to be done. Grocery shopping, vacuuming, changing linens on beds - I depend on our Home Instead caregiver to take care of all the things we can't do ourselves. My experience with Home Instead has been lukewarm at best. They committed one thing and then were unable to actually find an attendance or anybody to care for my parents. They are responsive, and they will call you back, but as far as providing care on a regular basis, it’s difficult.
