We needed a caregiver for our father who is now 89 years old. We had a negative experience with another agency and were seeking a more compassionate caregiver. Our neighbor recommended Westcliff Nurses, after they had a CNA care for their grandmother for over two years. We contacted the office, and S.lyvia was wonderful, answered all our questions, and help guide us on the appropriate level of care. She matched dad with a very experienced, personable caregiver. M. has been with dad for over 7 months now, and we couldn't be more pleased. Reliable, responsible, we've really noticed an improvement in his state of mind, and overall health. We've had a great experience, and give high marks to Westcliff Nurses Registry.

Westcliff Nurses was recommended by our mother's primary care physician. We needed home care for our 88 year old mother. The office was very responsive, and matched a CNA that was a nice fit for mom. S.T. was great at her caregiver duties, and also assisted mom with almost everything around the house. She prepares meals, drives mom to the grocery store, pharmacy, and doctors appointments. She also helps with medications. They take a daily walk, and really get along well. We were very pleased with S.T. and would recommend her to anyone needing this type of care. The office was great...answered all our questions/concerns, and was available even after hours. Mom is doing better, and much of the credit goes to S. Westcliff nurses was referred to our family by our family doctor. A neighbor had also used Westcliff Nurses for their grandmothers home care. We needed a nurse for home care for our aging father. We needed a cna to assist Dad with bathing ,medication reminders as well as Someone that could cook, do light house keeping and be a companion for our father. We met with two canndidates from West cliff and found a really great match for Dad. T. Has been with my father now for several months. They get along great. The change has been remarkable. Our father has come out of his fog and now interacts with others and is in much better spirits due in part to his care and companionship with T. The office responded to all our concerns and was very professional. They were available around the clock, and quick to handle any scheduling changes we needed. We would recommend Westcliff Nurses to friends, family anyone that needs home health care. The office staffing coordinator is wonderful.
