Tom was a feisty one. One of the first guys that came was a young kid who was kind of shy, and my dad took on the role of making him talk, which gave him something to do. I filled out an online application late at night. Justin called within minutes and came out on the weekend to go over the plans with us. He explained the fees and that he wouldn't tack on extra fees at this point. Every last one of the staff who came out was perfect.

Covid masks were not worn, required tasks could not be performed, among many more breaches of the agreement by Peggy's. Should not be allowed to care for people.

With someone there for her, it gives her the human contact that she wouldn't get on her own. I would definitely recommend Peggy's Home Care because I have no problems whatsoever with them. The people I worked with were very good, and Claudia really liked the caregivers she had.

She was experienced and had all the aspects of caregiving. She helped with cooking and caregiving. She knew when to wait and when to continue. I'm not an innately patient person but she was. I chose Peggy's Home Care because they were locally grown and any local business has more to lose if they mess up. They were superior to a facility.
