The person I am with 5 days a week will continue to go out of her way to make sure things are okay and that I am okay. She helps me more than I can describe. I have someone who comes five days in a row so I see her more than anybody. There are others who come on the weekend but I do not get much interaction with them. My steady person is fantastic.

They come from 1-4 and I leave. I leave it to them to take care of my husband and to do some light housekeeping. Some caregivers are better then others and I have had to tolerate that. I like all of it. I have known them for a while and Kevin, the owner, is a great representative. The caregivers are always punctual and courteous. They are prompt and the office will come and introduce new caregivers.

We've been using their services for a couple of weeks now, and everything seems to be going the way we expected it. So far so good. My mom can interact with the caregiver very well. It's not about the time spent looking for the right agency, but it's the one closest to our home that we needed so that's why we chose Right at Home's services. I could say that they are very helpful and attentive with her, but as I said it's just been 2 weeks so i can't really say anything more but it has been going well for us.
