We hired them last year when my mom was recovering from a stroke and they were absolutely terrible! Many of the caretakers didn’t show up for their first shift and the company couldn’t reach them. The majority of the caretakers that did show up were incompetent and refused to follow my verbal and written directions. They disrespected me, my mom and our house. They complained about doing duties in their job description like bathing and medication reminders. Some also fell asleep two hours into their shift, including the morning shift. Also, everything they touched had issues afterwards. If the opened the curtains, then the curtain rod would break afterwards and the toilet was having problems when it didn’t before. Plus, they acted like their job was to sit on our couch and have us cater to them. One person wanted us to buy her breakfast and when we refused, she then refused to work, another person arrived and immediately started going through our cupboards and started using our paper plates and plastic cups. I reported all these issues to management numerous times and even the CEO and they would placate me and text back “thanks for letting us know.” Other times management acted like we didn’t have a right to complain. Finally, it was very expensive, over $5000 per week for full time care and mostly incompetent workers.

We used 1Heart Caregiver Services before my father-in-law moved into a facility. They were a very helpful in-home care provider, and they were wonderful. We used them for about 6 to 8 weeks. They provided in-home caregivers 8 hours a day. Patty, the coordinator, was just amazing in her communication with us. She was very helpful, very communicative, and reached out a lot. We had 3 different caregivers, and they were all very nice and very helpful.

The caregiver showed up over an hour late, went through the kitchen cupboards and refrigerator eating things rearranged furniture in the living room and changed channel settings on the tv. Complaint answered with oh well!

We hired 1Heart Caregiver Services for my husband. He comes twice a week, four hours a week, and if that person is on vacation then he sends back up. It's good in a way. I can go on my errands.

We are very happy with the care we are receiving from your company. We have had 3 other care businesses and had problems with all of them. Predatory care behavior! Not with your girls, however, Arnold, the boss is wonderful and accommodating. I am so happy you are there for my 106-year old grandma, Eloise. Love, David.

1Heart was one of the agencies suggested to us for my dad, when he was being discharged from hospital. Their rep. is a young woman who was actually a nurse and explained the needed care and answered all our questions efficiently. My dad doesn't have any long term insurance, but we ere able negotiated with her a little and she could give us a better rate. After consulting with the social worker at the hospital, we hired them and they let us interview 3 caregivers. Now my dad has 2 caregivers for 6 days live-in. They're both well trained and now we have peace of mind that my dad is in good hands.

Marylou has been taking care of my mother for 4 years now. I have no complaint about Marylou and 1 Heart Caregiver Services. Indeed, 1 Heart Caregiver Services did a great job in finding a perfect match for my mother. Lastly, they have a dedicated client manager that will oversee everything and will make sure that mother's health are being attended efficiently by Marylou.

Yolanda is beyond excellent. There are no words to explain other than that she was an Angel that fell from the sky. Wow! I'm so thankful that CS found her for me. With all my situation right now, she takes care of my mom more than what I can do.

We liked Caregiver Services, they're prompt and we got the service for my mom right away on the same day. I liked the caregiver, she's really nice and she speaks Spanish so it's a match because we are Cubans. She's really kind with my mom and she also lives close by. I would definitely recommend them to others.
