It's a hard question to answer. My nurse has always been accommodating to my schedule. The service has been flawless.

The agency could have sent me the correct bill. The agency could improve on fixing my problem when a caregiver broke something of mine.

They were able to do the infusions in the time that we needed them. We didn't have a lot of good options in getting him to the hospital but they made a big impact on us and helped things run smoothly. I liked that the nurse was great.

They did laundry for my mom. They fixed simple meals. They kept track of her medication. The care itself is excellent. I had some trouble getting the needed paperwork. Sometimes things they get down are different than our records.

I love how the caregivers came in to help her. Alice was a victim of COVID, in that she was very isolated in the assisted living facility, and a lot of residents didn't understand why it was happening. People were always very professional and kind to her, and they were thorough in telling her what was going on.

They didn't do anything. There was one girl who helped him take a shower a couple of times; otherwise they sat and played on their phones. There were several problems with BrightStar. The majority of the health care workers were not trained, did not do anything, and were obnoxious.

I'd like the caregivers to read directions because I have a lot of tasks I need to complete in the morning. I'd like the caregivers to take over for me. One of the women that came was very thorough and read through the directions I left. I think that's a must. I like the people that have come to help my father because the woman that came didn't need to be told what to do.

It has been nice to be able to talk to Robert When I have a problem. Also I want to use my LongTerm Care. Robert has been helpful. I have helpful & encouraging caregivers

They could communicate better with their clients and caregivers. I've been through about five or six agencies and have found BrightStar Care more satisfactory than the others.

BrightStar Care has good credentials, the people in the office are really nice, and the caregivers are really good. The services from BrightStar Care have been great in helping out with our schedule and our time needs.
