They helped me for years with in home care for my elderly uncle. When I had to move him out of his home they found a room for him. He always told me how appreciative he was with the care givers and how much help they were to him. I appreciated the fact that they stayed in contact with me all the time and kept me updated on how he was.

I can’t say enough about the exceptional care my loved one has received from Care Plus Provider from the very first interaction, the team has been compassionate, professional, and attentive to all of our needs. The caregivers are not only highly skilled, but also genuinely kind, treating my family member with dignity and respect they go above and beyond, ensuring that Care is personalized, and that our concerns are always addressed. Communication with the office staff has been seamless and they have been incredibly flexible in accommodating our changing schedule. Unfortunately my husband has dementia. At one point about 4-5 years ago the VA assigned Care Plus to help out with several duties that I could no longer perform. The first caregiver was with us for 2+ years. She helped by staying with my husband and kept him safe while I could do errands. She fed him lunch, did dishes, did laundry and changed him if he soiled himself, etc. After about two years the VA benefits were not enough because I needed surgery and would need 24 hour care for at least 6 weeks. Again Care Plus came to the rescue. The caregivers were in charge of all the household duties and serviced both my husband and myself. Care Plus was able to fill the bill. Soon after that surgery I needed a hip replacement. Care Plus again came through and provided 24 hour care for another 6 weeks. When I recovered enough to manage my husband in the day, I kept, Jam and Amira, two of the Care Plus caregivers to continue in the night from 8pm to 8am so I could continue to recover and get some very needed sleep. Care Plus was adaptable financially crediting me for the hours that the VA still provided. Ultimately my husband condition declined so much I need to move him to a memory live-in facility. I have no problem recommending any of Jam’s team at Care Plus

We used Care Plus Provider LLC for a short period. They were very good. There was absolutely nothing wrong. They were very helpful. The young lady who came out to do the initial intake was very personable. She seemed like she cared. She took time to listen and make sure she was making a good match. They were flexible. There was a little language barrier, but that was OK. We just had a little mix-up with the scheduling, but the billing was fine. The caregiver that they provided was very attentive to my mom. The agency was very attentive to the needs of their client.

I needed care for my disabled husband while I attended a family emergency. They came through on very short notice to help me with care for my husband. Care is always excellent. My husband is bed bound and and needs help with pretty much everything. Care we received is always excellent. I was able to fly out of state knowing my husband would be well taken care of so I would not have to worry.

I've been pleased with Care Plus Provider LLC. They exceeded my expectations. They were very proactive in finding someone with a personality that would get along with my mom and my mom's very happy with her caregiver. Communication with the agency is good. They are doing what they are tasked to do and they do it efficiently. They contact me whenever there's an issue or something and they're helping me with bureaucratic paperwork. So, all in all, I'm happy working with them. My only complaint is and probably would be true for any other care place that it's expensive, but otherwise, I'm very happy with the attention and care that we're getting. They help with light housekeeping, personal hygiene tasks, and just being able to communicate with her. They were accommodating with the schedule. In my particular case, I'm using the minimum amount of hours I can do to reach eligibility for her long-term care insurance. When and if that comes through and she can start collecting her long-term care benefits, I would plan to increase the number of hours.

We are very grateful for deciding to go with Care Plus Providers after researching many agencies, facilities and residential caregivers. We had 3 very competent caregivers who helped care for our father in different stages of his care needs. Norie, our first caregiver, was obviously high level in her experience. She taught us how to transfer, rotate positions, shower, change clothes and diapers. She used downtime to clean and she took the trash out every morning. She communicated well with us and wrote notes of how the day went. The most impressive thing about Norie is that she was very conscientious and sensitive to our mother’s feelings of having a stranger in the house. Maricar is a pleasant person and very knowledgeable. She kept dad hydrated and comfortable through his transition. She was present at our father’s passing. It was a relief for our family to have the additional support of someone so caring. We were able to keep dad home as he wished because of the Care Plus Providers skilled and caring team.

My Mother, who has two auto immune diseases that have left her very disabled, was given two remarkable women as care takers by Care Plus Providers. They are both very capable and sympathetic personalities who have helped her every day with many activities, including meals, exercise, bathing, etc. She really enjoys their companionship and help. They have exceptional skills in thoughtfulness and kindness and knowledge. They have made it much easier to take care of her. I have also found them very easy and flexible to work with. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a caregiver.

When my husband came home from the hospital we needed home care for him. We looked at several options and selected Care Plus Provider because they met our needs of time, their experience, and finances We wanted to have a man for my husband. They gave us 2 wonderful men who were well trained in taking care. They worked with my husband 24/7. Even in the middle of the night they were there to help him. They helped him with food, exercise, clothing, toiletry,. friendship. All that they did took so much off of me so that I could do the chores that i needed to do and that included some free time that I really needed. I could trust them to take care of my husband when I was not in the house. i"ve told both men that they are the best of the best and they can NOT leave because I need them and love how they are treating both of us. We have been using this service for almost 2 years for our father who has Parkinson’s disease. It has been so nice to working with providers and the office staff. It has been a pleasant change from previous companies who were not able fill shifts. Using Care Plus has allowed for us to enjoy time more with Dad because we know we have a team to help us!

When my father had a massive stroke 3 years ago we were trying to manage his care on our own, while working full time with school age children. Enter Care Provider Plus. They came into our home and everything changed for the better. My dad got lots of attention and has been really well cared for. The caregiver has been highly reliable and we are beyond grateful for his excellent work with my dad. It can be so nerve wracking to have someone come into your home and CPP has been a dream to work with. They ensure the trustworthiness of their providers, which has been terrific. The flexibility and ease of scheduling has also been great. All the staff at CPP have been amazing. I would highly recommend this agency. Having this partnership with CPP has changed everything about the challenges of caring for my dad. We could not be doing this without them.

Care Plus Provider has been amazing to my grandfather and I. My grandpa is 92 years old and was diagnosed with cancer about 2 years ago. Being 25 years old and having no other help at home I needed immediate help to care for him. I’m so glad I found CPP. The caregivers are always on time, very responsive and more importantly they are always wonderful to my grandfather. They provide amazing companionship. When I’m out and about running errands or simply just needing time out of the house, I never have to worry. I know he’s being well taken care of. The staff is always accommodating and go above and beyond per my requests. I’ve never had any issues with CPP. I highly recommend this agency for you’re loved one. Our 93 year old dad needed 24/7 care as a fall risk. After being in out and of the ER several times, we contacted Care Plus as a referral from the VA in the Bay Area. Care Plus was fantastic. Their staff was knowledgeable and treated our dad with dignity and respect. The caregivers became like extended family members which is what you want in a caregiver. They also were very responsive to any changes or adjustments in our dad's care, and were always in touch if there were changes in schedule or staff. Very highly recommended agency!

I highly recommend Care Plus Provider for in-home care. They took care of my elderly mother (and tangential, my father) with patience, kindness and thoroughness. I appreciated how informed they kept me about what they were experiencing with my parents--concerns, questions or even just anecdotes about their day. All of my siblings were equally impressed by how attentive they were. My mother is wheelchair-bound and needed a great deal of assistance with personal care which they handled very professionally and with sensitivity. They took pride in my mom's appearance and that meant a lot to us. They kept things very tidy, too. Our case manager (Jay) and the office manager (Dashy) were great to deal with as well. Jay demonstrated a great deal of flexibility when scheduling issues or last minute changes came up. He also made care recommendations as needed. We had to move my parents into assisted living for a variety of reasons otherwise we would still be using Care Plus.

I contacted a few businesses to get a caretaker for myself . My surgery was scheduled with just two weeks notice and I was told I can’t move my arms . Nobody was able to help but as soon as I spoke to the office manager of Care Plus at Dublin I knew I was in good hands. They immediately found the most perfect caregiver for me. She was always on time and was making sure that I don’t move my arms made sure I had a safe and clean home for recovery and was always willing to do more . I would surely recommend care plus provider to anyone !

My friend had to take care of her Mom who was bedridden for may years, but time came when she too got sick, and she needed someone to take care of her Mom. All through the years, I have treated her Mom as my own, and if there is anything I want to make sure of is for her Mom to get the best care. Care Plus Provider stepped in on a moments notice when our caregiving company dropped us due to some unforeseen difficulties. They understood the situation perfectly and made accommodations to handle it. I know they faced some difficult situations and were always so kind and gracious. We are so thankful for the help they provided and would never have gotten through this without them. My mom has people from Care Plus Provider. We hired them immediately after I contacted Caring.com, and we heard from them like the next day. Our experience with them has been good. We like them. We had never hired caregivers before, so we are learning a lot. My mom is not the easiest person to get along with, but it is going well. I think Jean helps me and is very responsive. They're very kind to me about everything that is going on. They have been flexible with us about the scheduling as much as possible, and in trying to figure out how much care my parents really need. They're very communicative with me about it and with what works and what doesn't. They bill us every two weeks, which is easy for my dad to keep track of, so that has been fine. They're very good.

Care Plus was found online, Nova is an excellent caregiver. She has a warm and caring personality. I enjoy all the food she has cooked, Joy is doing the work today. I' m sure she as competent as Nova . So far very thing is fine. Nova was even able to take to Kaiser for a blood test . My children feel satisfied and don't worry about me ....Trudy Wong
