Spoke with the agency.. They knew the situation and needs. A schedule with the exception of one day was in place. Day one went well. Days two and three were no calls / no shows. Excuse given was they couldn't find phone number. This left the client scrambling around to find assistance in getting cleaned up as well as food and water for both days.

They're good. One of the biggest reasons for having a caregiver is to feel comfortable leaving the client with them. I can run to the grocery store without worry about them falling. They are very good about notifications unless they get the call at the last minute.

Natalie and Chris always answers any questions regarding care and work very closely with me to ensure my needs are met 24/7. I could not have asked for a better caregiver group to be associated with and all employees were always on time and never failed to do as I asked. Some of the employees came in and immediately went to work cleaning and straightening up in the house. I could not have found a better organization to handle my needs after hip replacement surgery!
