I am a very good friend/sister of one of your clients who is 90 years old. Your employee was taking care of her 2-3 times a week until she fell and fractured her hip. When she returned home after rehab she needed help 24/7. I went and stayed with her for three weeks and during that time I was very impressed with the daily, professional care, concern and the extra work the caregiver provided to make your clients healing and recovery successful. She monitored and gave the meds, made PT, OT and in-home nurse appoints plus surgery and other doctor follow-up appointments. She did the shopping and made home cooked meals. I am certain my friend is in very capable hands as she continues her recovery. When I call to see how the recovery is coming along, I phone while the caregiver is still there and know she will give me the full picture. Thank you for providing a "match made in Heaven" for my dear friend.

We are currently clients of homewatch. We originally had services with a separate family member who has sense passed on. Because of the incredible care we recieved we decided to go with homewatch again. Thankfully we were able to keep our last caregiver Shannon, she has been just wonderful!! She cooks, cleans, helps with medications, appointments an really just everything. I cannot say enough good things about Shannon, she really is just wonderful at everything she does, definatly goes above and beyond for her clients. The office is also great, I have always been able to get ahold of everyone I ever I need something.

We're using Homewatch CareGivers of Yuma. They have a lady come in. We started out three days a week for three hours, and it turned out my father doesn't need that much care, so we're down to two days a week for two hours each day. They provide cleaning and cooking services and just basic companionship to look in on him and make sure he's feeling OK. It's working out quite well. They're very good. We've had a couple of issues with the hours that they bill versus the hours that they're there. We've had discussions with them, and they've corrected that right away, so there are no issues at all with what. They're always very friendly to work with.

My sister-in-law is a client of Homewatch and she is very happy with the services she receives. She is especially happy with her caregiver, Susan, who does her shopping, pet care, home chores and provides rides to her appointments. My sister-in-law often remarks that she doesn't know what she would do without Susan. Susan is a great caregiver, conscientious, and caring, and she goes above and beyond in her considerate acts for her client. We are all very happy with the care my sister-in-law receives.

We did not move my dad into a community at all. We got caregivers from Homewatch CareGivers of Yuma that come to the home and he likes that a lot better so he doesn't have to leave his home. The caregivers have been wonderful with us. They come in and sit with him and clean up a little and visit with him. They're very flexible. They work with the schedule that we need. If dad has a doctor's appointment, they're willing to take him there. The flexibility works for us because you never know when dad has another doctor's appointment or something and they're able to help out there. They're able to help out with light housework and feed him a hot meal. If I'm unavailable, they'll cook for him. They seem to be very caring and very legitimate so I like them. They're flexible like I can call and say, "Hey, I didn't realize dad has an appointment today, can't make the visit." Then they'll come later. So that's what I mean by their flexibility. They're able to do that. They let me know ahead of time that they're going to charge dad's card and then they send me the receipt. It's easy and there are no surprises because they let you know.

My husband and I are using Homewatch CareGivers for medical appointments and for grocery shopping at this time. My husband just had open heart surgery five weeks ago and he's not driving yet, and so we've been taking advantage of the services that Homewatch CareGivers provide. We're very, very delighted. All we have to do is call up and ask them. Primarily, we're using them for mobility to get us to medical appointments and to go grocery shopping. We're not using any in-home services at this time. They're very, very exceptional and very caring. I put together a list of names because we've been able to take advantage of several of them. The ladies who work there are Pilara, Vanessa, Rita, Arlene, Rose, and Tiara, and they're all very, very excellent and very helpful, particularly with grocery shopping. They help with getting things packaged up and then they bring in all the groceries, which is good for me because that helps me a lot. My husband who was supposed to be lifting things doesn't need to worry about that. There's only the two of us, and they're very interested. When we're driving around, we get a chance to chat and get acquainted and share with them some of our things and they share some of theirs, so we're feeling very taken care of. They've been very accommodating, very caring and very interested in providing the services that we need. My husband needed help to get in and out of the car when he first got out of his surgery. They gave him a little stepladder, and they're using that when he goes, so it's been very accommodating. I have macular degeneration and I've been meaning to go for regular monthly appointments for that. They took my husband to the hospital, so that he could go have surgery when he needed that. We've gone for his appointments to the doctor's office. We both go and they drive us and wait for us or come back for us. When he was in the hospital, they took me down to see him for the few days that he was in the hospital, so I was able to spend an hour or an hour and a half that he was in the hospital. The ladies have been assisting us with transportation, grocery shopping, mailing some packages off a couple of times, and going to the bank, anything we need to do. It's been very helpful for us that they have been able to take us out when we need to go and take care of our business.

I'm using Homewatch CareGivers of Yuma. It has been very good. Communication has been extremely good. They provide help with driving me to and from my daily swim and then there are some extras. My caregiver helped me look at something on the computer and helping me get through to where I was supposed to be. It's efficient and they're available for me to call for more if I need them. All of the people involved, the ones in charge of the program here, are very good. They're accommodating and want to please and they're pleasant. The caregivers are the same. They're very cheerful, very nice, and accommodating.

I am very happy with Homewatch CareGivers of Yuma. They're really great. The caregiver that they sent out to our house is young and doesn't have a lot of experience, but that's OK. She wants to learn, and she treats my wife really well. They're really good people. They're a good company. Care plan has been what we wanted and it's good. The caregiver does light housekeeping when I ask her to.

I want to share the positive experience my wife and I recently had with Homewatch CareGivers of Yuma. While in Boise, ID we received a call that my wife's sister was having health issues in Yuma, AZ and was in need of help. We were completely at a loss as to what to do, as we were in our motorhome and live about 500 miles Northwest of Boise. We knew we needed to respond, but needed to go home to prepare enough of our meds to make the 1300 mile trip. After calling family members we received the phone number of Homewatch Caregivers. This call put us in contact with a very professional, caring young lady named Pilar. After a short discussion with Pilar we knew we had what was needed. This was about 3pm on a Thursday afternoon and Pilar went to my sister-in-law's home and spent 3 hours with her, making friends and evaluating her condition. After this visit Pilar called us and a plan was put in place to bridge the gap until we were able to get to Yuma. This plan was exceptional and when we arrived in Yuma, Pilar met us and we discussed how we should proceed to a long term plan. Pilar is a manager and had assigned another very impressive, caring young lady named Dara to care for my wife's sister. Yuma being unfamiliar to us, Dara and Pilar took her to doctor's appointments, assisted with laundry and basically did anything that helped us to prepare to move her closer to where we live. My wife's sister thoroughly enjoyed being with Dara and Dara supported her and showed much love towards her. We are now home and Dara called today to check and tell her she loves her. When we got that call in Boise, we have never felt so helpless and at a loss as to what to do. 5 to 6 weeks later my sister-in-laws things are in order, she is safe and it has much to do with what Pilar and Dara did for us.

We have Homewatch CareGivers of Yuma for my husband. I have night caregivers and I take care of him during the day. I have the girls come in about 10:30 at night, one girl for four days, one girl for three days, and they're usually gone by 8:30 in the morning. It's a 10-hour shift. They're both very good, one is Terry, one is Susan. They take really good care of him, and I feel completely at ease with them. I spoke with them and told them what I wanted and they were obliging to me. I told them that I needed someone at night like 10:30 when he goes to bed and someone to help me get him up in the morning. They're here all night long if he has to go to the bathroom and whatever he needs. They make sure that he's clean if he has to go to the bathroom, they're very patient with him, and they keep him very tidy. I'm perfectly happy with them. We don't have any problem having communication with them at all. They're very good about sharing and talking. We have not had an issue. They've done a wonderful job of helping me. They show up on time. He is quite fond of them. They're very good with him. "What do you need, what do you want, what can we do for you." I truly appreciate them. They've done a wonderful job. They've been very patient with me and with him. They are gentle, not pushy or mouthy. I don't have anything bad to say about them at all. Anything that I ask, they're OK with it. I don't have any problems with them in that direction at all. They're clean, and they're dressed in scrubs. They do their job well. You can feel perfectly comfortable and safe with them. They're very obliging and they're all good. They deserve to get some credit for what they do because they've done a wonderful job. They're excellent with my husband, and he appreciates both of them.
