They can have a consistent person here. They have a lot of turnaround, so the care my dad receives has been good, but has gone through many caretakers.

In the beginning, it helped a lot because he wasn't able to walk, helping with taking him to appointments and getting in and out of the car. They were reliable, and the caregivers were on time and always came.

I'm happy with what I have. I enjoy the hours. I like that I can choose the hours. I can ask them if they've done their job. I want to be able to say that they can go home if they are done early, but I can't do that.

I'm not sure he needed it, but because he was far from family he had them. We had, for the most part, a great experience. They communicated well and called if something changed.

If I need them, it is nice to know that I can call them, and they can help me. If they needed it, I would recommend them for sure. They help you with showering, prepare meals, clean your house, and all kinds of things.

They give me a break so I don't have to be there all the time. I like that communication has been good with everyone like the caregivers and the office.

David was here to help clean the house and keep things organized. The caregiver coming out was named David and he was an excellent person. David sought out things to be done and was helpful. We had to discontinue services because we ran out of money.

I think they can be more experienced with clients who need everything done for them, such as blind clients. More backups, the girls that come call in sick and I've had to stay home and take care of my mom.

They give me peace of mind and I don't feel like I have to be at his house all the time. They keep up on his health stuff and medicine. They've had trouble getting regular caregivers for my dad. They're working hard on it, though.

The provider has helped by doing all the caregiving, so I don't have to. They provide quality caregivers. It is a fair value for the price. I like that they are flexible and that they are quick when it comes to responding to my questions. I love the caregivers.
