Our nurse was (Sandra) when there was a concern that arrized you could always call or message her and she would come and check it out. She always made sure supplies and medication were there for (families) or( care -facilities) what they needed to make sure patient has everything to make them happy and comfortable

We used Noble Hospice & Palliative Care for my husband. They were here for the last couple of weeks. They were awesome. If they needed to stay for continuing care until late in the night or all day during the day, they were here. They would come any time I called and needed something. They came on a Saturday afternoon, and my husband was just really, really restless. They stayed until about 11:00 at night to make sure he was getting all the medication that he could get to keep him calm. Then they were back early the next morning to make sure he had stayed calm. There was at least an LPN here every day. There were two CNAs here every day, Monday through Friday. They had medication delivered right to the house. I didn't have to go anywhere and pick anything up. They brought supplies. They just came any time I called. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I needed them.

I cannot in good conscience recommend Noble Hospice. Do they have a few good people on staff? Yes. Are they plagued with multiple problems? Yes. Just about everything that could go wrong with a hospice went wrong for us. The first week they delivered another patient's private medical records to our house by mistake. The marketing rep that signed us up made some promises that were not backed up. She appeared to be more interested in getting her new patient signing bonus than in giving us the truth about the services. The first nurse my relative had was mean and discussed the "horrors" of the dying process in front of him, bringing him to tears. The same nurse was angry that my relative wanted to continue with his own doctor rather than Noble's, angry that we wouldn't sedate him with drugs and angry that we didn't want a hospital bed with sidebars. Whenever we would call their after-hours phone line to report a medical issue there would be a problem getting through. They were aware of this phone problem for a long time I was told, but never got it fixed. Noble took away a CNA that was with us for four months without even discussing it with us first. Most of the staff was slow to return calls and some never returned them at all. CNAs would never stay more than 35-40 minutes and did the minimum amount of work possible. Noble uses a medical supply company that never gave us notice they were coming. They just showed up. The CNA we ended up with was moonlighting from another job and was not a full time employee of Noble. And the CNAs and nurses that came to our home never wore masks or gloves despite Covid still being a real threat to the elderly. When asked if their employees are tested for Covid, they didn't respond. Noble has a long way to go if top notch healthcare is their objective.

I had Noble Hospice & Palliative Care for probably a couple of months now. They've been great with caring for my father. Whenever I need some type of supplies, they're always very quick to get what I need for him. The nurses are awesome. They're very caring and they take time to talk to him and just visit with him a little bit after they do their exam. The CNA is the one that brings us supplies. She gets everything that I need and will call me just to make sure if I need anything else. They're just very caring. I've had good experiences. I've had a few nurses, but there's one that's been from the beginning and she's still with us. She's very caring and even brought my dad a hamburger one day. My father was really surprised because his favorite food was hamburgers. He was very happy with what she brought him. He was in a different facility, and I had to take him out, and that's how I came across Noble. They were very prompt on getting him out and getting him here at my home right away. The CNA will shave him and wash him down if needed and help change him. Or help me get him to the bathroom. There are days when he doesn't have any strength, so, they're there for me all the time. They say I can call them any time. They're very good.
