We had a misunderstanding while we were out of town where the person who was supposed to take care of my mom was rescheduled or something, and the person they sent out did not know what she was walking into. She could not get my mom up, and I had to have a friend come out to help. There was also some miscommunication about the price.

We've only used the services one time. The big issue is that the timing is difficult. Sometimes you don't know how long you will need them because of a doctor's appointment or something. If they are there for two hours and five minutes or ten minutes, you still have to pay for three hours. The agency is flexible.

I would suspect that it extends our lives because we don't have the stress at our old and retired ages to perform the services that the agency provides. The fact that the agency is timely and that they do the job that they came to do.

When you have something to get the things I need to be done that is a great assist. It depends on who they send. They send me a CNA who is trained and knows what they are doing it would be average but others were poor. Improve their scheduling.

My dad does not interact very well or give any response. I want them to keep coming as much as possible and maybe for more time later on. They are pretty consistent, that was a big thing because he has some memory issues. They were on time and always there except one time they were sick.

There was a few times when we were expecting them at seven, but they got here at eight. They would always call to let us know. I needed them when I need and not when it was convenient. They are good. You ask them for their help, and they do it. They were very quick to respond to my initial inquiries.
