They can communicate better with me. We have some difficulty with them, and it hasn't been easy. They are also more expensive, so I expected more.

They kept the patient company, and companionship. They could improve more transparency on the billing. I had some issues, and they never resolved that. They could have some consistency with the home health aides.

Well, I think the meal prep is what has helped the most and what we depend on. If someone no-shows, they can generally find us someone else.
