It depends on if it is the permanent aide or not. The fill in has to be trained. They can be consistent with communication.

I like that the caregiver helps my husband a lot just by being here and listening to him. I like that the caregivers are always on time, very polite, trustworthy and helpful.

The most helpful part is the reassurance and companionship. I like that they've paired the aide care assistant with my grandmother's personality.

As of right now they are doing an outstanding job, if they could take the elderly to the store or do errands, it would be a great help. They are good with communication with the family.

I was constantly being called by my mother or my aunt to call Ryan to change what the people were doing. They could have better workers. Quite a few of them were drawing a paycheck. They came in and went to bed on her sofa when they first came to work. There were a few good ones. Ryan and the lady who owned it were good to work with.

I was not there, but it did help. They made sure that he stayed in bed, so I could come home and sleep at night. I was pleased with the services while they were there. I like that hey were close by.

They are a big impact on my life because I am a programmer and they assist me. They provide a lot of services that help my day. I like that they are adjustable to my schedule. The care is good for my mother. They have a variety of different people, and at the same time they can set you up with the same person, depending on what your schedule is.

They were helpful, but she would like more consistency. She would like to have the same person. Once she got used to one caregiver, then they would send someone else. She would like more consistency.

I had somebody from Visiting Angels - Anniston, AL for my spouse for one day. The girl was excellent. She did really well. Anything that my wife needed, she took care of it. She also took her out for ice cream that day. She just looked out for her all day so I could go hunting and leave the building. That's all I want her to do, take care of her, make sure she had everything she needed, pick her lunch, that kind of thing. I was completely happy with it. I'd love to use her again. Everything was fine. I didn't have any complaints at all.
