My mother-in-law moved into West Park Senior Living last month. It is a nice facility. It's just been remodeled. They have events where you can go out. They have rideshares that come and pick them up like Uber. They have a library, a big sitting room, and a family room. The staff is incredibly nice. I have not tried the food, but from what I understand, it's pretty good. Her apartment is very nice and has a great view.

I toured West Park Senior Living and if somebody needed the help, it was perfect. They have a beautiful dining room for you to eat. They also have another little room if you want to play cards or if you want to do any kind of activities. They had quite a few things to do if you wanted to do them. The staff are very, very nice people. You ask them questions, they'll tell you exactly what you want to hear. Everything is good there.

West Park Senior Living, I liked it very much. I don't really have anything bad to say about that place. Very nice. Christine was very nice and informative, very helpful. I was there for like an hour and a half. They showed me around the rooms, and the whole facility. I really like that place. The people there seemed really happy. The dining area looked really nice, very elegant. It was in the morning, they were doing some exercising classes, like in the ballroom, and people were just starting to get out and about when I got there. Everybody seemed so happy and friendly there. It was really nice. The grounds looked nice.

West Park Senior Living was nice. It's in a residential area and I thought it was very pretty. The grounds were pretty, and the people were really nice. It's very scenic. They had areas where there were lots of windows and outdoor space that was pretty, and lots of trees. They had some kind of common room on every floor; they differed and everybody was welcome to all of them. One floor would have a library and another floor would have a gym. They didn't have washer and dryer in the room, but each floor had its own laundry room. The rooms were nice. It seemed like a nice community and it was quiet. I looked at a studio and it didn't have a kitchenette or washer and dryer, but you could have a mini fridge and a microwave, and the bathroom was nicely arranged for an elderly person. They had transportation services on certain days, like doctor appointments. The staff was nice. They were doing some work on the dining room area, so I didn't get a chance to see that.

West Park Senior Living was very nice. The staff was wonderful. The lady that showed us the place was very nice and very informative. They offered us to come back any time to have a meal there. They were very, very accommodating. The grounds were pretty. To sit on their balcony would be an enjoyable thing.

West Park Senior Living was a bright place. The vibe was very upbeat. Everybody that was walking around was happy and engaged. Residents came up to me and said, "Hi, how are you doing?" They also had the facilities and amenities where as you age, you'll be able to move to the other more hands-on type of care. Cindy, the sales manager, was an awesome lady as well. They have something they call a ballroom that is different from their dining room. It's where they do their festive occasions. It had a full stage on it so hey could have people come over from elementary schools to sing or do little plays or skits. It had an actual little stage and enough room to hold everyone. They were having bingo over there, too. That's where I got to see a lot of people, and it was very cool. They're in the middle of remodeling, which was a very good quality remodel. The dining room smelled fantastic. One of their servers came over to me and showed me around. She was excited about the services she provides to her guests. If the employees are happy, then the residents would be happy, too. They had a library and a nice living room for people to hang out. They had what they call an off-hours cafe where if you wanted just to buy or bring dinner in for mom and dad, you could just sit there and eat. If it wasn't big enough, they have a more formal private dining room that you could go to. Each floor had a little retreat, like a mini library, where you could sit and read a book, hang out, or just be. I thought that was very cool. Each floor also had its own laundry room. The facility is located at the end of a secluded street, so it's not going to be constantly bombarded with people racing up and down the street. They have bus transportation to different places and to the activities that they can be involved in or not. The grounds were beautiful. They were nice and green. They even have a walking club where they just walk around the property. They have a nice little cemented walkway that goes around it. It's well-kept. What's really weird was the workers that were doing the remodel were just as warm and friendly as the regular staff. They were nice guys. The evidence of construction was very well concealed from everyone. They kept it at a minimum for the residents.

West Park Senior Living was a lovely place. They're very friendly and it's just nice. One thing that impressed my mom was the size of the rooms. They were large. We also had a meal there and she liked what she had. She had some pork dish and I had a veggie sandwich, which I wasn't crazy about, but they had a lot of other choices. I just happened to pick that one. They have a lot of different activities, nonstop all day. So, mom is going to have a lot of choices of things to do. Cindy was the director and she was great, too. They keep everything clean. They're in the middle of remodeling so when it's done, I'm going to give them a 5 rating. Right now, it's a 4 plus. They keep everything clean.

West Park Senior Living was a very nice place. The staff was very friendly and very organized. They called all the residents by name. I really enjoyed the tour. The facility was very clean. The staff showed me some apartments and it was all very nice. The residents were doing exercises at that time. I had a meal there and it was very nice. It was better than I expected. They had a menu and they explained what the off-menu was. If you just wanted a hamburger or eggs and bacon, they explained all that. But I ate what was on the menu. The dining area was set up restaurant style. The grounds were lovely. They were in a woodsy area, and the staff showed me a room with that view. It was just lovely. The room size was adequate for one person.

I've put a deposit down at West Park Senior Living and just waiting for my husband to move in there. I liked their pricing for what they offer. The staff member that took me around was superior. She was great. I like the looks of the menu, but I did not try the food. They had an outdoor sitting area and shuffleboard courts, a walking area for your dog, and a lot of indoor activities. Most of the rooms have a balcony and you have to bring your own appliances if you need them.

We will be moving into West Park Senior Living. The rooms were larger, and the closet was huge. It's got two bathrooms, a living room, and a bedroom. The people are nice. They take you to the doctor. They have three meals a day, and you can have a glass of wine at dinner. They have free parking. We will be on the seventh floor.

My first impression of West Park Senior Living was great. There are a lot of trees and you're kind of in a residential area. It just blends in beautifully. The people were so friendly. They go out of their way for you and the number one person that I adored was Cindy. She's a sweetheart. She's the main reason I ended up saying yes to that place. Their dining room was almost like you were on a cruise ship. They also have bingo, cards, a theater that you can go to for movies, a barbershop to get your haircut, and a mini post office. Every floor has a washing machine and dryer, so you can do your own laundry at no charge. One of the nice things about them was that they have a private room that you can reserve if you want to have a mini party or you want to invite some friends over and have the room to yourself. It's an older building, but they fixed it up. It's nice and clean.

I found it very hospitable. The staff person that I toured with was very knowledgeable and greeted many of the residents by name. It looked very comfortable and very nice. I only got a sample of the salsa that they prepared there onsite for their guests and it was delicious. I did not have the opportunity to have a meal there, but the food sure smelled good because I was there about lunchtime. It seemed like they had quite a busy schedule for those that wish to participate. There's a schedule for daily things. I remember a salon. This was still under the Covid restrictions, so there were a lot of things that were not available at the time. The staff was very friendly and very welcoming. It's an older building. I didn't get to eat anything other than the salsa, which I brought home.

The assisted living was a larger facility but they were nice, clean, and they had a lot of activities to do. The rooms were big. The staff is really good and there were lots of them around. They were also talking and interacting with the residents. You're given a menu in the dining room and you get what to choose what you want. The place had seven floors and each floor has different activities that they can go and do. They have a game room, ballroom, and ambassadors that help new residents get settled.

My dad moved in, and we love it. There's nothing bad about it. The place is very clean and homey. I can't say enough good things about it. The staff is perfect, and they have every activity imaginable, like Spanish lessons, bridge, poker, pinochle nights, singing, and happy hour. The food is great, and the dining area is awesome.

She is here, people seemed happy, and there are a lot of activities going on like taking people to doctors' appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, go to a casino once a week, shopping on Thursdays, and shopping at Target. They do exercise classes every day, and sometimes they do cooking classes. They also have entertainment that comes in monthly. They have 1-room apartments, like a bathroom and a room together, and they clean their rooms and do their laundry for them once a week.

It is a huge place with beautiful grounds, it's lively, and there's so much going on. The people there were wonderful, their dining room was huge, and you can go in at any time and get whatever meal you want. I talked to mom's friend who moved in there, and she's happy there. They have daily activities.

It was excellent. All the residents looked happy and busy. I saw one of the rooms. It was very nice and large. It had a nice walk-in closet and a nice, clean, big bathroom. I really liked it a lot. The dining room was beautiful, and we even got to meet the chef. The food was excellent. They told us that if my mom needed anything special, they would make sure to have it on hand, and if she needed it prepared in any special way, they would do that for her. This place definitely was my top choice.

My in-laws are in the assisted living side. It is a great facility, but they've outgrown it. They do not offer any memory care there, and both Mom and Dad need that at this time. However, the staff was very kind, very attentive, and very compassionate. They have two rooms together. All of their furniture from their home fit. They have a living/dining area and a bedroom/office area. My parents do not participate in the activities, but they do have exercise classes, mind stimulation games, and movie nights often. They have excursions out for shopping and lunch and anything that the residents need. Their food is wonderful. Everything is made from scratch by a great chef.

It is really, really great. The people are amazing. The facility is beautiful, and we are so happy with it. My mom has her own room. There’s lots of care when she needs help, like there are a lot of buttons that she can push if she needs helps. She also has a bracelet, so she just presses that button if she needs help. It’s perfect. I could not ask for more from them. They have a salon for her to get haircut, and somebody comes in to cut toenails and fingernails. They have exercise classes, music, and even history lessons. Their restaurant area is really nice.

The staff was very helpful. They made the transition for my dad very easy, and made him feel welcome. He has a very large room, very quiet, and private. He has a patio overlooking beautiful trees, and greenery; it’s very beautiful. The food is delicious. He’s only been there for three weeks or so, but I know they have working out and day walking classes. They go shopping twice a week. They go to doctors’ appointments, they have a pizza night, movie night, and sports night.

I am in here. The thing that I really like about them is that they treat me like family. Everybody that works here knows me by my name, including the dishwasher. They are very welcoming and helpful. We have this button thing and when you punch them, they are there within five minutes or so. The apartment is nice. It has a walk-in closet, a living area, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a backyard. I eat all my meals here, and the food is fabulous. We have card games and all kinds of word games. We have people coming. They have a very good service that takes you to church on Sunday, and the place is very secure.

We chose here for my brother. It's a big facility, and it had more range of younger people; that is why we chose this for him. The size of the facility seemed to have more things to offer for my brother. The food is very good. I have eaten there a couple of times myself, and the waitresses are very accommodating. The rooms were clean, and then the staff that comes in to clean are very good. It would be nice if they would have more personal transportation for my brother if he needed to go some places.
