My parents moved into Waterside Landing, and they love it. The place is nicely renovated. My parents' apartment looks over the lake, which is beautiful. They have all the facilities that you need. My parents love the food, so they're just happy. They are in independent living with assistance from the nursing staff if needed. The staff members were amazing. They've made the transition easy for my parents and made it easy for me, even being out of state. They have multiple activities every day. They have a pool, a workout room, clubs, and entertainment. They have Medicaid.

We toured Waterside Landing. It's a very nice experience. My mother just happened to like the first one better. The rooms were nice. The dining room was beautiful. The facility was gorgeous. The problem was it was farther away from my home. The facility was very nice. The staff was very nice. They had a garden and a patio kind of place.

We toured Waterside Landing. It was very clean. The facility seemed to be extremely pleasant and agreeable and there was a lake nearby. It was really good. Everything was brand new, all the appliances and the carpets. The two-bedroom we looked at on the first floor (not the ground floor) had a good view and it seemed spacious and everything was brand new. We looked at the dining area and it was nicely set up. The general impression was perfect, it's just the timing in trying to get out of here, but I'm glad we found it. We toured it for independent living but if we had to transfer and get some help, we could. It was a Saturday morning, and we know that there was a program for the day, where things went on from 9:30 to 6:00. There were discussions and trivia, there was meditation time, then there was bingo, then there was a matinee, and then at 6:00, there was current events and chat, and it was a resident-led event. We didn't see many residents; we saw a couple of ladies in wheelchairs. The interaction with the staff was good. We talked to the lady, who was at the reception. They carefully checked us, and it seemed that this would be a good thing that everybody is checked. There was a library, a big sitting room, and a walking area outside. For gentlemen, there's fishing. If the timing had been better and everything, we might have just gone ahead. There seemed to be everything that I would need. The dining room looked good and there were snacks available. It didn't look rushed together or anything. Everything looked to be thought out carefully.

Waterside Landing was a very nice facility. The director was also very nice and informative. She gave us a tour of the entire facility, showed us a room, and explained all their services. She also introduced us to different staff members and everyone was very nice and pleasant. They were all very good. Their facilities were very accommodating and and it's a wide variety. It definitely should be considered for your loved one.

The appearance of Waterside Landing is beautiful and the people working there are, so far, wonderful. I have nothing but the highest regard for them. My mother moves in on Wednesday, so we'll find out more after that. They have all activities going on and the dining room is open. Jackie, the director, was wonderful and so was Lorna, the salesperson. The rooms are beautiful. They were all refurbished in December 2019 so they're all like brand new. They have a beauty shop which is important to my mother. They have a pool, they do shuffleboard, movie nights, and card games. They also have a gardening department and an art room. The place has everything and it's beautiful. It's also not too big, which is what I was looking for, and they have 24-hour care which I'm very happy with.

My father lived there for 7 months, and this was definitely the best place he could have lived. The entire staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to create a great living environment for the residents. The ambience and energies were very nice, very home-like atmosphere. The apartments are spacious, clean. Dad loved sitting on his nice screened balcony watching the beautiful grounds and nature. There are many nice outdoor seating areas for the residents — by the pool, an outside patio. It’s very comfortable — we were impressed from the beginning, and it just got better. There were COVID challenges, and the staff acted responsibly and wisely. The food was EXCELLENT, the dining staff always courteous and wonderful, and I cannot say enough about the director, nursing staff, sales team, business office, and receptionists. The area itself is beautiful, and residents can walk to the nearby lake for more beauty and nature. They always had nice activities going on.

We toured the Waterside Landing. It was a good experience. They were very welcoming and warm. The outside was very nice, there was a bit of pathway where you can walk, and they had gardens. I liked that because it had some kind of serenity outside. It was peaceful; I liked that area. They were newly renovated, and everything was very nice, pleasant, and clean. The staff members were warm, friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They explained everything to me in detail and really tried to work with me and my dad. They gave us a muffin that was made there, and it was excellent.

My mother moved into Waterside Landing. It's absolutely wonderful, everything is kept clean, neat, and my mom is very happy there. The staff is so nice, and I can't say enough good things about it. The dining is closed right now, but it's a nice dining area, the food is brought to mom, and she loves it. They come through every day with a different theme, they have a card, they give out treats, and they sing. They're doing what they can.

I toured the independent and assisted living of Waterside Landing. It was brand new and very nice. The apartments were also brand new and nice. I like the idea that they had regular kitchens. The person who showed me around was very nice and very friendly. They're pet friendl and it is a large community. Landscaping is very nice. They have a pool, and they have enough parking.

We visited and it was very nice. The lady who gave us the tour was wonderful, and the apartment was the biggest one. More like a regular condo in a way. It was beautiful. The dining area was nice, it was full, busy, and the residents were having a nice time. They have a small exercise room, a salon, and a community room for playing cards and games.

We looked here. It was active, and there were a lot of people around doing things. There were always people in the dining room talking and having a good time. It seemed like a happy, clean place that didn't have that old person's smell. The apartments were a good size, and I believe our mother can handle that. The staff was wonderful and very nice. We're hoping to move her in by April.

It was much cleaner and had a much better layout with larger apartments than in other places, and had screened-in patios. I liked the way the dining room worked with different menus every day, plus the standard menu. If you don’t feel like going down at meal time, they’ll bring your meal to you. There was also a room to get snacks. I all just seemed friendlier and warmer.

The lady was very friendly. For someone who is looking in that area, it would probably be a facility we would consider. The common area, the dining area, and the rooms where the residents stayed were nice. The staff was very informative. I saw people dining, and we went to the different rooms. They had a room where they celebrate birthdays and special affairs for the people there, and the grounds were pretty big.

We liked it, but my father-in-law was only there maybe two weeks. The food was decent to good, and everybody there was really lovely. They had shows, movies every night, happy hour, music at least two to three times a week, and they had everything that could have been great. The only negative with this place is it is very large, and if the person is not able to get around or not willing to, that’s difficult. It is not brand new, but each room was terrific. Every room has a kitchenette, full-sized refrigerator, and living room. They update everything. We have to pay more money to get a bigger room for him because we knew he would never go to the dining room or anywhere. The people were lovely, I went with him to happy hour, and he was amazed at how nice it was. They were helpful; we didn’t have furniture but someone was selling it, as somebody passed away. The sales person, Sandra, was very nice.

We did several visits and we saw each type of apartment that they have from the smallest to the largest. Each individual apartment has their own cable, and the larger apartments have a full kitchen so if they wish to cook themselves, they can. They all have screened in patios, and they also allow small pets. The staff was really nice, and the woman who was in charge of making sure that everything keeps running was amazing. Everybody was willing to go the extra step to answer any question you needed, and it was really their selling point because it was so clean and they were just very efficient. Everybody was really friendly. We ate lunch there to see what it was like, and the food was very good. They have a regular menu if you choose not to have the meal of the day. They have an entertainment area with a grand piano where they have entertainers come in, and then they have a separate room where they play cards or bingo. They also have a TV room where they can all sit and watch movies together.

It is the one that I like a little better, but they didn't have memory care. I did try eating there, and the food was good. They showed us a room and that was it. It's a bedroom, and that was it. It was clean though.

The neighborhood was fine. Their grounds looked fine. I thought the rooms were lovely. The staff was very nice. They gave me the activity list. However, it was just a little disconcerting that the independent and the assisted were in the same building. As you walked in, you would see all these people in wheelchairs, and it sort of felt like a nursing home and that just turned me off. It did not give a good first impression. It was like a nursing home, and I was looking for independent.

We chose it because it was near me and it was a very nice place. We had very limited interaction with anybody there, but everybody seemed very nice. The rooms were nice, and it had a kitchen. They offered activities, but he didn't participate in any because, though I had signed him up and paid the rent, he refused to go. So, he didn't spend a night nor a day there.

My friend wanted it because they had a pool. All in all the facility was okay. I was able to visit there one time and the staff were good. Their dining room is also nice.

I have no qualms about it. I live in an apartment with a living room, a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a patio.
