This is a terrible place to put a family member. If you want them to be completely neglected then this is your place. My mom was left completely covered in her own pee on 2 occasions when she was sick. She called in a CNA one night because she had a stroke and he did not know what to do and didn't call anyone for help. Every time she was sick, no one would call me. The last stroke she couldn't even use her phone and had to get someone in there to call me for her. This was 2 in the afternoon and she had the stroke in the night. Every time she was sick or had a stroke, they would just let her lay there in pee. I filed reports with state agencies and all my claims were found to be true and logged as valid complaints. No one is paying attention to residents here. Residents come out into the halls trying to get you to get them help because no one is answering the buttons. I have wheeled people back to their rooms after a meal because no one came to take them back (no matter how many times they pushed the button). It's a revolving door of staff at this place and no one is trained. They can barely do meals and meds. They were supposed to do her showers and laundry. They could not even get her a shower once a week. When they took her laundry they lost it. She has about 5 pairs of pants we never got back. Even with meals they cannot get it together. Late meals, having to eat a sandwich, no options outside of the main menu that are decent, no bread in the whole kitchen. The picture might be a little hard to see, but it's my mom's disintegrated diaper that just fell apart because it was so full of pee and had been on her so long. Her bedding was soaked, Her whole t-shirt was soaked, all her bedding... just don't do it. They offer a really reasonable price, but they cannot deliver on what they offer, so what's the point.

Rocky Mountain Care Grove Creek Assisted Living was clean and well-supervised. The place seemed well- maintained. It seemed like they were on top of it. The staff who toured me around was very knowledgeable about the place. The dining area looked very nice. They had a rotating menu, and the food seemed fine. They had a courtyard, an exercise area, and a beauty salon.

My aunt and uncle are in Rocky Mountain Care Grove Creek Assisted Living. It's very nice and clean. There were people there to welcome us. When I was visiting, my aunt needed to go to the bathroom and she used the nurse's light, and they were there fairly promptly, not as prompt as she would have liked, but it's a big facility. The guys helped her and stayed with her until she was done and helped her back into her chair. Their apartment is very nice. The staff is very friendly. They come in and clean the room, and they have three meals a day, and I think they have them brought in to them. They do med management. They come and send out the pills to my aunt and uncle, so they don't have to worry about it. They have a hair salon and a game room. The food is OK. It's not fabulous by any means. Some of it's good, and some of it's average, but I haven't tasted them.

I had a tour of Rocky Mountain Care Grove Creek Assisted Living and they were wonderful, it's such a good place. I was very impressed with them, and we like that they're willing to work with diabetes. The facility was beautiful and the rooms were large. The location is also good for us. The staff seemed good, they had the willingness to work with my parents' needs. They're very organized and have a lot of activities. They each have a special display to do on holidays, or they'd have family things outside of their bedroom doors. It has mountain views that are just incredible, there were lots of windows in all the rooms, and it's just a good environment. The facilities they have were gorgeous.

We went to look at Rocky Mountain Care - Grove Creek Assisted Living. It was very nice, it was more expensive than the one we chose. It wasn't as modern, the hallways were narrower and it just wasn't as open. It was a smaller community so it didn't have nearly as many amenities as the other place we saw. They weren't quite as flexible with things. For example, if my folks want to have laundry, you pay for a whole month of them helping with laundry as opposed to if you just need them to do a couple of loads, one week of a month, you pay for whatever loads of laundry you want them to do. In this place, it was a monthly fee regardless of how much you used them. So if you're sick one week, then you're paying for a whole month of them doing laundry. I met a few people, they didn't provide as much information without me having to ask, but they were nice. During the tour, we saw the rooms, we saw the cafeteria and we saw their game or activities room. They only had one central sitting area outside, so you have to go over to it as opposed to having little sitting areas almost spread throughout the facility.

Rocky Mountain Care Grove Creek Assisted Living has been pretty good to work with. The building itself looks nice. It looks pretty new and kept up well. My dad's room is nice, all fresh, and clean when he moved in. They have rooms where they do activities like putting puzzles together and watching movies. Then they take him down to the cafeteria, let him sit with them to get lunch and socialize. We also liked the location. It was close to where everybody lives.

I went to the Rocky Mountain Care Grove Creek Assisted Living last month. It was a nice tour, but we've decided to move my sister north to Logan. It's very nice they've done a nice job at the difference between assisted and independent. It's the size of the rooms there, the rooms were tiny. My sister walked in and she goes, "Oh, I can't live here, this is like living in a dungeon". Two of the staff were wonderful. I knew the one's mother. I didn't know that, but we connected there, but she was just a lovely lady. They did a wonderful tour. The dining room was nice, it was small, it's set up as cafeteria tables, it's kind of in disarray like you're ready for a meal. They have lots of activities and they have a bus that takes them shopping . We walked in a couple of activities they were doing, and it looked fun and organized.

My in-laws moved into Grove Creek Assisted Living. It's near their place of residence. It has been what they told us with the exception of the COVID restrictions, which were a little hard. The employees are good. The room is very nice, and the facility is close to a hospital. They have activities, but less and not as much because of COVID.

Osmond Senior Living in Lindon was very nice and good but farther away from where my parents want to go. They were very nice and friendly. They had different types of fees for different kinds of things that you might want. The people living there seemed happy. The rooms were really nice, clean, and big enough. It's a little bit less convenient because of so many different charges, like if you wanted them to help with the medicine and things like that. The person at the front desk showed us around, and she was good. The facility was clean and well decorated.

Osmond Senior Living is a very kind, friendly, and caring place with people who check on the residents every couple of hours and do whatever needs to be done. They have great meals. I really like it.

We visited Osmond Senior Living of Lindon Utah. It was very nice. It’s really a beautiful, lovely place. The staff was very nice and very professional. They were really nice. The rooms were nice. Everything was clean. There were beautiful flowers around. They were really making it lovely. The only trouble with them is that it was farther away from where we live. It was the farthest one to go to.

My mom Katherine was a resident there for almost a year and passed away in March 2016. I cannot express my gratitude enough for Jennifer, Jessica, Linda, and so many wonderful people who work there. Jennifer was there with me when my mom passed away, for that I will always be grateful for the comfort she tried to bring me. I just want to say Thank You to all of you who were involved in my mom's care. You're awesome. Thanks again, Ramona Whiting

We have been very impressed with the Osmond Senior Living Center. They were great at advising up how to handle Dad for the month he was in there before passing away. My Mom has been an interesting story. At first she insisted on going home because the memory of losing Dad. We did convince her to go back and try it a little longer, and now that she is getting friends she no longer talks about returning home. She went back in the winter and discover how pleasant it was to be in a facility was there was no need to venture out into the winter weather. I would recommend their facility for anyone concerned about how their family members will be treated. We will always appreciate how well our parents were taken care of in the facility.

We had tried two other assisted living centers in Utah before finding Osmond Senior Living. Other places were pleasant but Osmond is definitely a cut above the rest. We have been so amazed by their consistent caring and the quality of each and every member of their staff. The facility is brand new and beautiful in every way. They have been so kind and patient with our aging parents. Their food is good and their caring, helpful attitude is WORLD CLASS. We love this place for our parent's home away from their home!

We liked everything about the Osmond memory care Center the day we toured it. Now that our Mother is a resident there we can honestly say we love everything about it! She is surround by caring, attentive staff members. Her day is filled with structure, and activities she enjoys. It's like field trips and lovely gatherings with close friends for her daily. My mom has said she feels calm and peaceful there. We feel it too! The beautiful furnishings, decor and layout is warm and inviting and feels like home. My family has toured and had experience with several facilities. The Osmond Center is the whole package.

Osmond is incredibly nice. I wanted to move my brother-in-law there because it's brand new and kind of high-class, and the people were really nice. We didn't eat there, but it looked like the food was good, and it had a nice dining area. We saw the rooms; they're smaller but really nice. We were actually looking at the memory care part and there were activities going on right then, so I think residents were fully engaged with activities.

What a beautiful place. It was hard to believe it was an assisted living facility. They take such good care of all those that live there. The workers always have smiles on their faces and you can tell they really enjoy working there. They have so many fun activities and a lot of opportunities to make new friends. I will definitely keep this place in mind for my family members.

I visited Osmond Senior Living of Lindon today because my wife and I are looking for a facility to move my parents to. It was fabulous. Their food is delicious, and from what I witnessed, their service was superb. I spoke to a few staff members and they all said that they love working here. I took a few moments and sat back to watch the staff, and I can tell you that they have a caring staff, and there is always someone you could find and talk to. They have a ton of activities that my parents would absolutely love. On the schedule, they had a variety of card games, Bingo, and exercising, and they had a dog that came in, lots of different music activities, and parties for everyone. Osmond Senior Living of Lindon is just overall excellent. They have dancing, exercise, movie nights, ice cream socials, and barbecues. They have it all. I highly recommend checking them out if you are considering a facility for your loved one.

Osmond was really nice and new, and they seemed to care about the patients. It was really beautiful. The rooms were nice and bright, and it wasn't like a hospital or anything like that. They had their own furniture, and it was nice, but it is just too much money.

I visited Osmond Assisted Living. It was very nice. The rooms were smaller. They were adding a whole other section where the rooms would be larger, so when they have that completed, it would be very nice. I think it is very secure and safe. Overall, Osmond was very good.

The atmosphere at Osmond Senior Living is very warm and inviting. They make everybody feel welcome, and that is just very, very nice. The staff are very helpful everything that I dealt with them. My mother-in-law is in a private room with her own bathroom. She had one of the smaller studios, but it worked out great for her. They attended to her diet that is required by her doctor, so they go beyond to facilitate her needs. They have rotating activities two to three times a day. They also have trips and tours. They do have a podiatrist that comes in once a month that helps out with the patient's feet.

My Mother and Father moved in to this facility over a month ago. They love there new life at this facility. The place is beautiful from top to bottom. The food is top shlep, but most importantly the staff has been stellar. They are tend, and caring of each guest. I have personally experienced the concern when coming and going and interacting with the staff at the front desk. They have provided me insights and concerns that is helping our family to provide support and information to make additional decisions on the care needed. I highly reccoment this facility for your family. D LeBlanc

My husband and I are residents at OSL. If you're looking for a safe, personable place for yourself or someone in your family, this is it. The moment you walk in the door, it feels as if you are home. Everyone is friendly and happy to be here. It's like living in a 5 Star hotel! We've been here 2 weeks already and have enjoyed every meal. Oh and if there's something you don't care for on the menu, there's no worries, just pick something off the alternative menu. I'm sure there'll be something to tickle your fancy. Like activities? Well Laurie has lots of different things everyday for you to do. They start around 9:30 a.m. and your biggest problem is finding enough time to do them all. There's something for everyone. If she doesn't have something you like to do, just let her know, and she'll add it if possible. Of course, things are not always perfect, but fear not because Sharon is here to always be smiling and is never too busy to help the residents. She's very passionate about having things work well for us residents--just like Jared Osmond, the owner. The best part about living is that we are all like one big, happy family.

I felt like I was walking into heaven when I walked in. It took my breath away. I talked to a really picky resident that I have know from another facility, the type that if you did ANYTHING wrong, she'd "call the state on you to get your license taken away" and she said.. "I can't believe, I feel like im in heaven; in the celestial room of a Temple.." I have been soo in awe of how because of the beautiful, heavenly feel there, the employees, staff, cook, activiites and everyone else are uplifted to a higher level. The Osmond senior living attracts the best talent, love and care out of the people that live in Utah County.. People that have loving, giving hearts are attracted to this place and they come and contribute their creativity, fun, smiles, happiness and joy.. They just opened and there are sometimes this or that that need a little adjusting, but they are by far the best place I have ever seen.. They are doing such a great job there, to offer and think of everything that is needed to make a person's life as heavenly, peaceful, joyful and good as possible.. If you want to really spoil your mom or dad, this is the place, no matter where you live.. It is worth it to come here!!! I have seen ton's of people established at other assisted living center's just pull up roots and move here.. Shocking! People are really loving this place. With a professional private chef and truly sacrifiicng, thoughtful, caregivers that are there to love and serve... PERIOD!!! They are the best!!! Seriously consider this place, especially before it's full. It is brand new and filling up faster than any other assisted living center I've seen.. Get in there Quick!!! Good luck.. I was really impressed and this is the place for my Mom.. I'd like to see somewhere better. I checked with the top rated home in Utah county and this one, blew that out of the water.. for overall appeal and care provided..

I highly recommend Osmond Senior Living. In the last couple of years, I have seen my grandma go from independent to needing assisted living and memory care. I still have kids of my own (four teenagers), and I cannot take care of her full-time. Thank you for being a partner for families who love their aging parents and grandparents so that we can give them the love and safety they deserve. I would recommend that everyone takes the time while still able to make decisions to do your research and make a plan for yourself, your parents and grandparents. Decide where you would be happy living. Talk to your loved ones about their choice - let them know you have a plan. The people who care for seniors become like family and are involved in so many parts of life - even parts of life that are personal and uncomfortable for us to do ourselves. Selecting a senior living option to honor and give back to our aging loved ones shows them our love and lets us love them guilt-free.

I'm telling you. This place is awesome. Jared has done such a wonderful job on getting this place up and running. I'm a resident here and so far the food is great. Heather has done an amazing job on decorating I really couldn't imagine living anywhere else. I'm anxious to find out about the activities going so i can participate. Looking forward to that scenic drive. Moving here has been the best decision I've made in awhile.

This facility is INCREDIBLE! Brand new, very high class, bright and airy. Feels like a luxury hotel. All of the staff members are very personable. Jared Osmond (the owner) adores the residents and the Senior population, it is very prominent. You can tell every single resident absolutely loves this place! Sharon and Wendy are the best of the best. The food is absolutely outstanding and fresh! Jeff the Chef will bend to your needs at any given time! The scheduled activities are amazing! All around, the word i have for this place is "wow". Highly recommend anyone looking for a place to put their elderly parents in this facility. You will not be disappointed.

Oh my goodness, this is a beautiful facility and everyone is so nice! We moved my mom in last Friday and she is so happy, comfortable and feels so secure. The CNA's are incredible and Chef Jeff is fantastic. Jared Osmond, Wendy and Sharon are so personable and were available every day to greet us and answer all of our questions. Thank's to everyone who made this transition for my mom so successful.

What an incredible experience to come over and actually meet with the owners of the facility. I did not expect to have the owner there to give me a tour. The Osmond Family has really done a great job with building this place. It feels like a luxury hotel. A lot of thought has gone into this building and the staff seems like they really know what they're doing. I'm still looking around, but when my dad is ready for assisted-living this will be my first stop. If you haven't had the pleasure of seeing this place you really should schedule a visit. – Jake

After my tour at Osmond Senior Living, I came away quite impressed with the facility. It is a very classy place! I was able to meet the owner, Jared Osmond. Just talking to him, you can see the passion he has for the Seniors! I have toured many places close by, and nothing compares to the feeling I felt when I left there. The staff there, were very helpful and passionate about their jobs! They were able to answer all our questions and concerns. I feel very comfortable in taking my mother there.

What an incredible building! It's set to open before Christmas. It looks and feels like a 5 star hotel. I know the Osmond's personally and they are doing it right. My mother will be one of the first residents to move in. Lots of different floor plans to choose from and lots of great amenities planned. Looking forward to having my mom closer to us and in a facility that is run by a compassionate group of people. Nothing but nice things to say. Glad to see this happening!
