We are in Atria Seville. They've been very good. We didn't need an awful lot of care. I was able to take care of the medications and everything else, but times have changed over a short period, and memory loss has become a major factor for us. They give you some 24-hour care, but if you need somebody, you have to push an emergency button, and somebody will come. You have to have both partners who know how to work the emergency button and mine doesn't anymore. The staff is very, very cooperative and very understanding of the patient's individual needs and so on. In most cases, they do things for them. My room is very adequate. We are living in a two-bedroom unit and it's very good. We don't need more than one bedroom, but we use the other one for an office and my computer and so on. Upkeep and maintenance are very good. We picked this because we did have relatives or friends who had their parents here and they thought it was good.

Atria Seville was very nice. It's elegant, has a nice layout, and is very accommodating. The apartments were all nice. I was shown the studios, also the small one-bedroom, and a deluxe one-bedroom. Melissa was great. She knew her stuff. She showed me all around and told me all the stuff that we needed to do before mom could move in. They were putting some flower arrangements together at one part and then some were getting ready to have some snacks. They had a nice library, a nice movie theater area, and a nice dining area.

My dad moved into Atria Seville 4 days ago. I chose it because I found that the staff was just the most sincere and they seemed to be the most forthwith with their information. He is happy there and his needs are being met. He has a studio room, and it is clean. The food there is great. It seems to be appealing, and they have a very good variety. The people in the dining area are very polite and very nice. They always have a smile on their faces. They're very communicative and always wanting to help. They do have card games, bingo, and movies.

We toured Atria Seville. They're very nice people. It was just a little bit stuffy. They seemed a little bit more stuck up. They were friendly and nice, but a little more condescending. They were touting themselves as being the best, and there was no need to look at any other places. Whereas the other places were like, Look at us, and then go look at the other places and compare us to them. Very nice apartment, but quite a bit smaller than the other places we looked at. It wasn't very spectacular. We saw the dining area. It was a nice layout, but it was kind of strange because we were there at lunchtime and there was nobody there in the dining room.

Atria Seville was excellent. The representatives were professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They were terrific. Melissa was our tour guide and she was wonderful. She explained everything and answered every question. The facility is beautiful. The residents were very nice. They have lovely facilities and it just feels like a very comfortable place. The apartments were appointed beautifully. They're a little small when you're coming from another home, but they are lovely and efficient. Everything is neat and clean. They take very good care of the facility and the people. The layout is very good and very easy to get around.

I'm going to put my mother in respite at Atria Seville. I thought it was an excellent place. I thought Melissa was excellent in giving us a tour of the facility, including the respite room and how care is handled for those that need more than just the normal care. We went through all of the facilities including the massage room, the workout room, the game room, the dining area, the reading area, and the theater. It was very impressive and an extremely clean facility. I just thought it might be a great place for my mother. We went through the dining area and looked at their menus and noticed how the waitstaff was working with the residents. We saw the residents out and about. One time I watched them playing bingo and I saw some people in the waiting room. Their grounds were very pretty and very well-maintained. They have two outdoor areas, one that allows for pets, which is great, and the other area that doesn't have pets being allowed. I think the two outside areas are gorgeous with places to sit and enjoy time with family. I was impressed with what they offered and what they were offering for my needs. I only met with Melissa, the activity lady upstairs, and those at the front desk, and they were excellent. They took care of what I was asking for and answered all my questions.

Atria Seville was very clean. It was interesting that they also had independent living there. There were very many different things for people to do, which, of course, if you have independent living people, you have to provide that. The people there were very clean, and the place was very clean and very modern looking. As soon as you walked in the door, I don't want to use the word institution, but I felt like I was walking into a school as opposed to the home feeling that I felt at the other two places. But the lady I was with, Barbara, I was very impressed with. The staff was excellent, they took all the time, and we took a long time there. We brought a third person with us and the staff we dealt with was very lovely and she answered all of our questions. While we were there, we saw a class going on, we saw entertainment there. We did not eat there, but they sent us home with some olive oil and vinegar, which is lovely. The staff interacted very well and the facility was very clean. It was big, it was laid out that you would never run into each other, you would never feel crowded. It felt very big, felt very expansive. How staff relates with each other, they were very good, we never felt as if we were intervening at all.

My tour at Atria Seville was good. They showed us everything. It was as good as it could be but it was kinda depressing to put your parents in a senior living home. The facility was fine, but there weren't that many people out doing stuff. They have pretty much shut down, so they haven't been able to open up their activities. The rooms were fine but a little bit stark. The paint colors were kinda light and the entry was fine. The staff was nice. She definitely was a salesperson but she was helpful and she told us everything we needed to know. The facility seemed clean, and they had a movie theater room, too.

We toured Atria and were completely turned off. 100% of Atrias focus was how good Atria was, and there was no conversation on how they interact with the patient and the family. When we went in for the tour, we only saw one or two residents, and it was not during mealtime. It felt like an institution. They had a wide array of food options available. The rooms were pretty consistent, around 500 sq. ft., but the layout was manageable. Theyre all apartments with a small kitchenette.

Atria Seville is a lovely community with lovely staff. I saw a very nice two-bedroom, but it was a little small. I was invited to a very good lunch, and the dining room was lovely. The amenities were very nice and clean. The people were very nice and accommodating.

I have volunteered at Atria Seville for approximately 4 years now. I can honestly say in my humble opinion that Atria is an amazing facility to have loved ones reside in. I was able to talk to residents weekly about their lives and I attended every Sunday to call Bingo for residents. There are a plethora of activities available for residents to partake in, such as Super Bowl watch parties, massages in the spa room, interactive sports games, high tea, fashion shows, and many more options for daily entertainment. I have been around Atria for these past years and I have always noted the cleanliness of the facility and the care that the employee put into the residents. Overall, I firmly believe that Atria Seville is a very safe and inviting place for our elderly community.

I was impressed with Atria Seville. We had a nice visit with the residents and got to see the actual type of the room that I would be in. The facility was well kept, and they had lots going on. I even saw a gentleman getting a massage. It had a very lovely, big living room setting. The outdoors were spectacular and that's what attracted me. It had a rose garden, fountain, and real grass. The chef gave me 2 bottles of his own sauce and they were delicious.

We have a friend living in Atria Seville. When you walk in there, the place is nice and fancy. It's comfortable, but expensive too. We have eaten there several times and the food used to be really good, but I understand they are having a little problem with that because they're going through a change. My friend has a 1-bedroom suite and the size is all right. People come in and give concerts and such.

We saw a room at Atria Seville that has 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a small den. The community's activities room was nice. The price was nice too. The people were very nice. The tour director was very nice. The dining area was very nice.

Atria Seville was really expensive, and they didn't offer as much, but it was a beautiful community. However, the lady there that did the tour was kind of brisk; she kind of put me off. Atria Seville was beautiful, and the rooms were nice. They seemed to have everything. But the person doing the tour wasn't as welcoming as the others. Also, I thought it was way too expensive. Compared to what they offer and what others offer, they were way more expensive.

Atria Seville had very good food. The people were very cordial and showed us around. We looked at the apartments, and they were very clean. The staff seemed to be quite professional, and they are quite busy. The presentation that we went through was very nice. We had a very good meal. It was a newer place, so we had better options. The rooms had individual temperature control. It had very efficient and wide passageways. They said they would help me get outside assistance for my wife while we are in the independent living side.

We moved my mother into Atria since she knew some people there, and it was convenient for my sister. Everything was clean, fresh-looking, and had very well-manicured and well-kept grounds. The rooms we looked at were very nice, the main living room area was great, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. You couldn’t get better service. I ate there three or four times and found the food to be very good and flavorful.

Atria Seville is next door to where I live now. The one-bedroom was so little, we would need two places. It’s outside of town in a really nice area, which is what we like. I would like to go there except the apartments are too little for $4,000 a month. Everything was fine. I liked everything except the size of the apartment. They tell you where to eat and give you a seat to sit in. We had lunch, and they showed us around. It’s very nice and clean and looks like something you would happy to put your mother in. Everybody was really friendly and acted like they know you and call you by your first name. When we ate, they girls and the boys who waited on us were dressed up with bows and ties, white shirts, and black pants. It was really nice. The activities were fantastic; seven days a week they have somebody in there for entertainment. It’s by the doctors that we need and grocery stores. It’s a perfect place, except that they make their own rules.

My stay at Atria Seville was pretty nice. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was good and friendly. It is good service and good food, too, though I am not really picky with food, unlike some people. They had a game room where we played cards with some of the tenants.

We toured Atria, but it was way out of our price range, and we didn’t like it. The room was nice, but my husband’s grandfather didn’t like it. There was nothing bad about the staff. It was a very nice place but overpriced.

Atria Seville was great. I was really impressed with everything. I thought people were wonderful and very friendly. There wasn’t anything about the whole experience that I did not like. I thought the rooms were of good value. We liked it enough that if we decided my mother to go to a facility, I thought it would be a great place for her. We were just not ready to make the move right now. We walked through the dining area. It was very nice. They order off a menu. There was a main dining room and there was a café that was little smaller. There's food available 24/7, like their refrigerator will have yogurt and sandwiches that a resident could take back to their room if they did not like a big meal in the dining room. I saw their schedule of activities and it seemed like they had a lot going on, but I did not recall observing any activities when I was there.

We are very satisfied with Atria Seville. It came highly recommended by a friend of mine. The staff is outstanding, and there's not much turnover, which is a good sign. The people come to work there and stay there. Everything is very pretty and clean, kind of on the fancy side, but not stuffy at all. Some of the rooms look kind of formal, which might give the illusion that it's kind of a stuffy place, but it's not. The people are very nice, and my father is allowed to have his dog with him.

Atria Seville was closer to home. Mom is in a 1-bedrom apartment with living room, bedroom, bathroom, a large closet, and a tiny kitchen. It has very beautiful surroundings. The food is excellent, and the care is good. They do have nursing care and aides that will help you. But for the most part, you need to be able to do a lot of things for yourself. If you're not able to do things for yourself, they have levels of care. The more care you need, the more money you have to pay, and it could become very, very expensive.

Atria Seville is a beautiful facility. They are a little more classy. It's clean. So far, when I have talked to them about things that were concerning, they have addressed them. They seemed to be more organized. Their dining room is a little more classy.

Atria Seville when we visited the place was above and beyond what I had expected. The staff were nice. The place was incredibly nice. They took us around and they were able to show us their activity room. The activities that they had I thought were wonderful. They introduced to us to some of the people that live there when we walk by them. Overall, the facility is very nice. It was very amazing and I would go and live there.

I visited this facility for my father; I was impressed with it but it's very large. They had excellent food and the dining room was beautiful. The facility itself was really nice and the care seemed to be adequate. It didn't seem like they had enough caregivers for all those people because there were quite a few people; however everyone seemed to be happy.

While researching locations for an elderly aunt living in another state, I was referred to Atria Seville for consideration as an option for a residence much closer to me than her current residence. I found the property to be a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere that I would be comfortable in myself. The staff was warm and knowledgeable, and they have answered all of my questions without hesitation. The residents were welcoming. I am still in the process of bringing my aunt to this area, she has lived in her current area for many years and is still somewhat hesitant to make a long-distance move. But, Atria Seville would be my choice, of the many that I visited, in Vegas. I firmly believe she would enjoy the residence and the residents there as a new chapter in her life. I highly recommend anyone in my position to tour and judge for yourselves. You'll be amazed!

My mom has only been in Atria Seville for a month. They have two beautiful courtyards and little patches of gardens where they grow things. They also have fruit trees that they actually use in their cooking. Right now, my mom is in a shared room wherein she has a separate bedroom. She has a nice little living room, a very small kitchen that includes a little sink, a nice-sized refrigerator and a microwave. She also has an extremely large bathroom for people with wheelchairs. In Atria, the staff are wonderful, very caring and extremely helpful. They always are checking on my mom and make sure that she eats some. Also what I like about this facility is that they evaluate her every three months if she needs any more type of assistance. My mom also says that the food is very good. She has several choices in their menu. Plus, they have a bistro little cafe which is stocked with foodstuffs like cereals, milk, pre-made sandwiches, Jell-O, fresh fruits, puddings, etc., from which residents can help themselves to. They're always doing something like bingos, entertainments, themed dinners and parties. There a lot of rooms where she can socialize with her friends. It's a very nice facility and she's happy there.

I feel the assisted living facility provided excellent care for my grandmother. She lived there for many years when she became too old to care for herself on her own. She could handle basic care, but needed the feeling of safety the assisted living community could provide for her. She was able to still feel independent while having someone there to assist her in caring for herself. It was very pleasant and in a nice location that was in a good part of town and convenient to my mother. The facility provided many activities to keep her active and to promote social interaction with other residents in the building. She could choose to be as active or busy as she pleased. They offered classes and exercise options, and sometimes entertainment as well. The staff was always pleasant and they seemed to genuinely care for my grandmother. The food was to her liking and served in a beautiful dining room. They were very helpful in times where she needed medical assistance or extra care. Overall, we were very pleased with the facility.
