We got my dad into Chancellor Gardens. All of their staff are trained in dementia care, which is huge because that's not the case with every place that we've looked at. And they've got a lot of people on staff. When I go to visit my dad in memory care now, there's a doorbell and they're there right away. It doesn't seem like a big thing, but it is huge. And the care for him is fantastic. They check on him, they're very interactive, and they have a lot of activities. The food is good. They have big, long hallways for the residents to walk around in the memory care unit. They have outdoor light coming into their hallways, so it's just great. Every part of it is great. I'm happy with this place. My dad's room is fantastic. There are lots of room. It's kept up nicely. He has a lot of closet space.

I liked the facility of Chancellor Gardens. They were friendly and informative, and they showed us around. They have some entertainment. They have a sitting room where everybody can go and do whatever, like watch TV, read a book, or do puzzles. It was nice.

I've moved into Chancellor Gardens. They've got a schedule that I'm still getting used to, but I like that schedule. They have certain items on a menu that you can pick from, especially for that meal, but they've got another side that you can pick from as well. Their menu seems to be very adequate. I like the food. It's very well laid out and they have different rooms for different activities, so it's pretty nice. You can get anything from playing poker or going to a movie. They've got good activities lined up. For the most part, the atmosphere is very friendly.

Chancellor Gardens was clean, looked friendly, and homey. Maybe what I didn't like was all of the added costs. They showed me a private room and its layout was good. It was big enough. They have an activities calendar, but we didn't get into that much. The staff, in general, was kind and did their job well. They seemed to enjoy being there and working there.

I thought Chancellor Gardens was very friendly, inviting, and had a very nice atmosphere. The residents seemed happy, and the workers there were very sociable and nice as well. The staff who helped me with the tour was very helpful. She answered the questions that I had. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the accommodation. They seemed to have a lot of activities there. Activities seemed kind of standard with other facilities like taking people to Walmart or to a place to eat regularly, so people can choose to do that. I thought that was great. They also have activities that are unique to their facility, so it seems that they strive to accommodate and work with the residents there. They have a pathway outside that residents can walk around and get exercise. They also have wide enough hallways that the residents can walk around there. They have a restaurant-style dining room, so residents can sit and choose from the menu items and then have a waiter assist them, so that was good. They have an activities area where they're able to do different things. Like when I was there, they were finishing up manicures. The staff there were great.

I visited the Chancellor Gardens, it's a nice place and the staffs were caring and kind. The rooms looked nice and comfortable. There was also a separate area for residents needing memory care, I saw that they were all having lunch and they all looked like they were having a good time. It looked like there were lots to do there, they had a fitness center, and it looked like a nice place to live. I didn't eat there but I saw what they were eating and it looked pretty good. I also asked them about diet accommodations, and they do make pretty cool diet accommodations. There's also a salon for haircuts which is pretty cool, they had a van there, and there's this cute little outdoor area where you can have barbecues and there were little tables to sit at.

The staff at Chancellor Gardens was personable. The place was very clean and very organized, and the food was really good. They have a salon and in-house physical therapists, but they're right next door to a hospital and my grandma likes to sit outside a lot. So it was not the peaceful, calm atmosphere that she wanted outside of the building. Inside the building was great though. The staff was good, but they just could have been a little bit more put together. I saw the assisted living and they also have a fabulous memory care unit with tall ceilings and brightly colored atmosphere. It was stimulating. It's staffed well and there are a lot of really great opportunities for the residents in the memory care to do activities. Most of the time when people get put in memory care, they just kind of get forgotten about, but that's not the way that they were doing things there.

I went to look at Chancellor Gardens. They were very attentive and knew what they were doing. They had a church and a garden where you could go out, sit, and talk with your family. The facility was very clean.

I had an in-person tour of Chancellor Gardens. They were very welcoming, polite, and informative. They had full brochures on all the information that we needed and all the care plans that they had. The place was clean, organized, and really pretty. The residents looked happy and well taken care of. They had plenty of different activities. The menu looked really good. They have physical therapy on-site. They have memory care. So it was just everything we needed. They have studio apartments and one-bedroom. They have big open windows. The bathrooms were really big and easy to access. They have a small library, a beauty parlor, and an outdoor courtyard that's in the middle of the building, so it's easily accessible. They have a lot of furniture out there that's nice.

Chancellor Gardens seemed like it was a really warm, positive environment. It might not be ideal for some people because it's big, but for other people that would be a positive. They had three different people tour me around. They were all knowledgeable and friendly, and they knew all of the residents by name. I did not try the food, but I looked at it. It looked good. They had a salon, a workout room with physical therapy equipment, and a really nice outdoor area in the summer.

My wife will be moving into Chancellor Gardens. The staff was extremely friendly and very efficient. We were treated to a lunch, and it was quite tasty and well prepared. I have found the rooms more than adequate and the maintenance well done. As for the staff, I didn't find one that wasn't friendly. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and very nice. They have a courtyard, but I didn't inspect it or go through it. We reviewed two or three other places and knew this was probably the best for us. It's just north of hospitals, I believe.

We went to see the Chancellor Gardens assisted living. They don't have regular senior living there, and they were pretty expensive. The rooms were very nice. They had all the other amenities that a senior might want. They had a taxi service, if you needed to go to a doctor. It's a group van or something that takes people around to where they want to go. They'll take them shopping to the grocery store or a place to buy clothes or shoes or whatever. It was pretty nice that they would do that. The rooms were very nice. They serve you breakfast and dinner, and then you have to provide your own lunch. They will provide it for you, but you have to pay for it. I can't remember his name, but the person who assisted us was very nice. He did not want us to think that there was anything that we might be missing, so he told us everything there was about the place. He even provided us with a drink while we were there, which was very nice. He was very cordial. You couldn't ask for much more information because he provided everything you could ever think of. The place was very, very clean. The person that greeted us when we came in was very nice. She was helping an older gentleman and his little doggie. She was so kind to that old man (who's probably in his late 80s), and she helped him in. She also helped the little dog because it was a little bit afraid of some of the people there. They have breakfast and dinner there, and it's really nice because they have a big variety. They also said that their menu changes, so it's not the same thing every day.

Chancellor Gardens is a good place and the people care. I had a neighbor that took his wife down there and saw that they were good people. So, I went down there and they're darn sure good people. My wife is in the memory care area. She intermingles and gets to do the things she likes to do. They have a courtyard, the food is really good, and they have activities all day. They work hard to keep her busy. It's nice, clean, and homey.

I toured Chancellor Gardens completely. They have part of it that they're renovating. They're doing a big renovation there, but the memory care unit was not being renovated at this time. It's a very nice facility. They had a nice dining hall and I looked at a couple of rooms there that were very nice, very spacious and very clean. I think it's a very nice facility. The staff was very nice. The woman who gave me the tour was super informative. I thought it was a very nice tour. I liked the facilities. Their private and shared rooms are the same room. If you had paid for a private room, you would have more space because it's designed to accommodate two beds for two different people. They gave me a box of cookies when I finished the tour and they were very, very good. The dining hall was very nice and very spacious. They had a shared kitchen. The kitchen served both the memory care and the other. The kitchen was in the middle, and then they had doors between so that they could serve the same food to both sides. That's very nice. I was impressed. The memory care unit, which was not under construction, was very well kept. The other side, the assisted living side, was under a large remodel. They had a lot of construction materials and such around, but other than that, it was still functioning and it was very nice, very spacious and outside of the construction, it was a very nice facility and it's going to be beautiful when they get finished with the construction. They had a gym, a very nice outdoor court, a TV room, and one room for private dining if you wanted to have a birthday party or something there for your loved one.

I visited Chancellor Gardens They were a home, instead of just a place to put somebody in. They're very nice. They got a lot of space. Everything was in good order. They keep it up really nice. There were no odors. It was just a good place that I would stay in myself. The staff was really wonderful. She helped out in any way. She was very caring and made sure that our needs were met. The dining area was clean. We didn't really see anybody there eating or anything.

I had a good visit with Chancellor Gardens. Everything was fine. Everybody seemed to be pretty much in the same price range for what I'm looking for. It had a great big patio. They had a chef, and the food was really good. It's a big place. It's two-stories, but it's got elevators. The studios were nice, and they're about 400 square feet. I was interested, but I haven't made any decisions yet. It was very clean, very friendly, quite open, and had lots of things to do. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They're really accommodating because I am in a wheelchair. We had a very nice tour. I was very impressed with the whole thing.

The price is a little high for Chancellor Gardens, but everything else from its security to the health part of it to the socializing part of it was just great. I didn't have any complaints about any of it. I love the staff, even the residents, they looked happy. They're all interacting with each other, they weren't just sitting there on wheelchairs drooling on themselves, it was really a good -- like a community. The staff was fantastic, she spent a lot of time with me. The location is in a weird spot between the hospital and the freeway.

The visiting experience at Chancellor Gardens was very positive. That was the alternate one that we were considering for my dad. They had a lot of activities that were preplanned and scheduled, so there were lots of things to do there. They had balloon volleyball, and they had a game room where they organized activities for the residents. They could come in and participate in as desired. The rooms were very nice, and they were a larger size than the other ones we toured. The facility was a much larger facility, which is one of the concerns we had about it. It is closer to where I work, but it is farther from where I live. I only met two staff members, and they were very nice and very friendly. They seemed to know exactly what we needed.

My father-in-law is staying at Chancellor Gardens. We asked around, and everyone had a very high regard for the community and the workers there. I am very satisfied. We visited grandpa last night, and he was happy. He was pointing to the workers saying, "She takes care of me." We asked him if he likes the food, and he says it's pretty good. The layout of the place is very open. When you check in you have to put on a gown and use hand sanitizer. As soon as you walk in, you come to a very open area where they have the sitting and dining areas. I know they had activities in the past but due to COVID, they have had to alter that a little bit, so we haven't seen any activities yet. I think that the caregivers put their residents first, and I think they go out of their way to make them feel comfortable. For the people visiting, they also go out of their way to make them feel welcome.

My tour experience at Chancellor Gardens was very good. The lady that I talked to gave me a really good tour, but she also gave me some really good information, which is going to help me. I quite liked the place. I found that they're very careful about the COVID, and they have lots of activities, and the places I saw were well attended. I was quite happy with it. They had a really nice apartment I was quite interested in. I liked it because not everything was upstairs, there were areas where they can go and participate with other people. They were very careful in spacing out the people in the dining rooms because of the COVID. They're not taking anybody on tours right now, but normally they have little outings and stuff like that. I would tell others who are interested in this place to take the tour and make their own judgement. I have a lady friend whose mother is in this facility and she seems quite pleased with it. The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was really tidy and clean, nothing looked broken, and it was well maintained.

My husband was on the memory care side of Chancellor Gardens, and he was too much for them. I loved the place and for someone who just has memory problems (not dementia that is severe), it's a beautiful place. I loved the people that work there, the way they were caring, thoughtful, and continually trying to help, as well as their activities. They had things for him to put together, he played Bingo, they did the chair exercises, and he was doing physical therapy. The staff was wonderful. I liked the food there.

Chancellor Gardens is very nice and everything seems to be good. The food's OK, and the dining area is nice. They do movie nights, and sometimes have people come in and sing and play instruments. Sometimes they have a cake and ice cream social, so they do have activities. My mom's room is basic but nice.

My mom and my dad are residents of Chancellor Gardens. The place and room are nice and clean. They have a physical therapy room with exercise machines and lots of music and activities. The staff is very kind. However, we have found that there is quite a bit of a wait time when we requested an aide. My mom is not really happy with the food, but whenever I have been there, it has been very good.

Chancellor Gardens at Clearfield is a really good place, but some of their night CNAs weren't very nice to my mom. In general, they're a very fine facility and very caring. There were just a couple of employees who didn't know how to treat my mom. The rooms are very nice and sufficient for her needs, and they try to keep it clean.

My father has been in Chancellor Gardens for almost 3 years now. The place is immaculate, and the staff is unbelievable; they are really good. My mother passed away 2 years ago, but she was here too at that time. They have activities going on all the time and bus rides, and then they go out for lunch or they can go shopping. The staff is very helpful. They know everybody’s name, so they call everybody by name and check on them. If something happens, they call me immediately, even if it is no big deal -- just to let me know.

Chancellor Gardens is a very nice, newer facility with nice residents. The location was very convenient to the freeway, but it didn't seem to be a bother, and the grounds were OK. The apartments are nice and included a selection of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms. The food was pretty typical, and the staff seemed nice.

The "WELCOME HOME" sign in the entry says it all. I love coming to visit my parents and always feel at home. Your employees are motivated to give the best care to each resident and it shows. Sallie is a great director of CFL Memory Care. She treats each person with the same love and respect that she would treat her own parents. She has always been willing to go the extra mile in coordinating special requests such as helping my parents be ready when we pick them up for family celebrations and arranging the dining room for my mother's birthday. Sallie runs a wonderful support group for families. The aides have treated my parents with respect and are very efficient. Maggie, Jenna, Michael, and so many others have gone the second mile in providing daily care. Chancellor Gardens gives me peace of mind in knowing that they care and stay in touch with me if there is a need or concern. I enjoy visiting there.

Chancellor Gardens was very good. The rooms were spacious and had a good layout. They were excellent, nice, knowledgeable, gave us lots of information, and showed us the different room options. The activities director was doing something, and there were a lot of things going on. A lot of people were playing cards, and you could see people in the dining room. They have a good variety of food available.

My mother is now in Chancellor Gardens. From the moment we walked in, they were very welcoming and so accommodating. There were so many activities. It's a beautiful apartment for our mom, and we just fell in love with the place. Once we went, we decided that was the place. Allison made all of us feel comfortable. I've eaten there twice, which we appreciate. If they don't like the choices, they always will make hamburgers or grilled cheese or whatever. She loves the food. We met the chef and it was a very positive experience. It didn't taste at all like it was from a nursing home or institutional. It was great. She likes that they have pancakes for dinner.

Chancellor Gardens at Clearfield was clean. They had many activities going on, so people weren't sitting around in bathrobes in wheelchairs. It was more like a nice community center. The people that work there were very on-the-ball and very pleasant. The rooms were adequate and very clean. I was looking at two-bedrooms that were large and very nice. There was a barbershop and an exercise area. Their dining room was very nice, too.

Chancellor Gardens was a nice place as well. The only thing that I looked at was because my mom was so particular and stubborn was the kitchen in the rooms. They were very tiny and wouldn't go for someone like my mother, but I was sure for a lot of older people they liked smaller kitchens especially if they eat in the dining room regularly. I knew a person that lived there, and he was very happy there. When we visited, they were doing like a yoga class, and when we took our brother to see it, it was lunch time, so we saw a lot of people out and about for lunch.

We visited Chancellor Gardens, and the girl who toured us was very caring, very professional, and very friendly. She took time to tell us about the VA benefits, and she called me several times since to invite us to lunch. Their rooms were small. They had a bedroom that was kind of in the front room. It had half a wall with it, and then, there was a bedroom available. The facility itself was very nice. They had activities, and they had an exercise group when we were there. I don't know anything about security, but it looked like they were taking good care of everything.

I really like Chancellor Gardens of Clearfield. It's a nice and a very clean facility. The staff tries to be very helpful and friendly. Some of the residents chatted to us and they were very nice. They do have a schedule of activities. I know they play bingo and they also have some puzzles. I was very impressed with its cleanliness and the staff. They've checked back with us a few times since then to see the progression.

My mom has been in Chancellor Gardens for about a month now, and she's adjusting really well. The people who were helping me are super friendly, very helpful, and would go out of their way to answer my questions. I just got a really good feeling from the people. At first, I was concerned about putting mom into a place, but she's adjusting well and interacting very well, so I think they're really doing a good job. My son visited during lunchtime and he said the food was really good.
