I loved the apartments at The Springs at Veranda Park. I also liked the courtyard and the facilities. It's very modern. The staff was very friendly and very nice. The dining area was very attractive and very nice. The food we had was very good. They had a salon, library, and exercise area.

I've moved into The Springs at Veranda Park's independent living. The service is great and the food is great. I've got a couple of friends that live here that need a little help and care so I moved in a little closer to them. Neither one of them was able to drive so I can take them someplace they need to go or want to go. It's more money than what I want to spend but that's all right, I can afford it. I'm in a 1-bedroom, 3-room apartment with a kitchen, big living room, big bedroom, and a good-sized bath. The staff is very friendly and very, very helpful. The service is just great. They have a very, very nice dining area and the food is fantastic. They have 3 culinary school chefs working in the kitchen that can give me something anytime I want. They've got a little bar off to the side and you can go into the bar and order food at any time of day you want. I haven't got into the activities very much since I've been here a short while, but they're always having different things. They arrange shopping trips to different places and they go to places to go out and eat. There's a movie every day, a nice gym, and a very good instructor for it. It's like living in a 4-star hotel. Right now, they are a little bit short-handed, same as any place, but the staff is just super helpful.

The Springs at Veranda Park had a very well-stocked library. They had a very extensive exercise room or a gym that had quite a few pieces of equipment. The dining room was very nice, and the food was outstanding. The unit that we have decided on was very spacious. The staff there seemed to enjoy working there. They have a beauty salon. They have two different restaurants. One is kind of like a little café if people don't want to go into the main dining room.

We have lived in The Springs at Veranda Park and I plan to stay here until I leave. Like all old people, we don't always like the food. But as I mentioned to people, if you eat in the same restaurant for 10 years, you probably wouldn't like the food either. The food is of good quality and the people are nice and caring. We've lived here a long time, so we were like family to some of the young servers. There are a lot worse places in this world to be. We have a salon and a gal that does nails. As we all know, everything is changed right now, they brought in the COVID shots for us. We had them right in the facility and they arranged for both of them, and they bring in our flu shots every year in the fall so we don't have to go out. During this pandemic, they have taken orders and have gone and shopped for us if we needed things. They take us to the doctor and all medical appointments. Normally, they would take you to your hair appointment if you go to an outside shop, which I do. But I still drive, so I have not utilized much of the transportation, but they do provide transportation. They have assisted living on one floor. They're caring and concerned. They provide housekeeping, which I think is pretty standard. They do for all of us, even for the independents. It's a lovely facility. Due to COVID, things have changed drastically the last two years, but we had a travel club and they would take us around on all-inclusive type things. It's expensive, but all of the places are expensive.

I like the facility because it has different elements and choices, at first I was reluctant to move here, but after a while I have realized it has just about everything you would want in your leisure time. I feel safe and secure in this place, from a health and safety point of view. They arranged and got me my COVID-19 Shots.

We took a tour of the Springs at Veranda Park, but they did not take my father. It was a good tour, the person was very good, and very knowledgeable, but it was more expensive than the other places. They have a balcony which would have been very good for him, and it went all around the dining area. It was really pretty. They have several different dining areas, they do exercises, they have movie nights, and they have a bus for people to go on appointments. They have a professional chef, and the facilities were very clean, very pretty, and very well kept.

The Springs at Veranda Park was a very nice place. It's the most expensive of the bunch, but the grounds were extensive, the facilities were very nice, and very updated. There's a variety of housing units to suit the individual needs of the resident. The dining room and the menu looked very good. Either by facilities or personnel, it's a topnotch facility. If an individual can afford it, it would definitely be one to consider.

The Springs at Veranda Park was a bit expensive, but I liked it a lot. It's a big facility. There was a restaurant and you could go anytime of the day and get whatever you wanted. They had lots of activities. The grounds were beautiful. The rooms were basic, but pretty nice. It's clean, well-maintained, and pretty topnotch. I only met one person, but she was very pleasant.

My experience with The Springs at Veranda Park is quite good. They've very active and have a great deal of amenities. The dining area is beautiful and our chef is quite talented. My room is beautiful. I have a cottage. Like any place, they have a hard time holding on to staff because of their wages, but they are friendly. They offer sewing groups, games, cards, and bocce ball. They have quite a few activities. The facility is beautiful and security is good.

The Springs at Veranda Park is a very nice, quality assisted living facility. The amenities are very nice and the food is good. The staff has been very helpful. You can have unlimited meals if you want. The restaurant is open from 7:00 in the morning until about 6:00 or 7:00 at night, and my friend can go in anytime he wants and order food. They have a Flyers Club, a genealogy group, bocce ball, cards, dominos, crafts, a movie theater, a fitness center, and dance lessons. They have Thirsty Thursdays where a bunch of them will meet down in the bar area and they can play pool and have drinks and just talk. There are quite a few activities available.

The Springs at Veranda Park was a lot nicer than the other place we visited. The staff was wonderful and knowledgeable. The dining area looked great. I didn't observe any activities. They had several different places for people to go and do different things, but we were not that interested in that. It was not what we needed.

The atmosphere at The Springs at Veranda Park is excellent. When you first walk in the door, you are greeted professionally and in a personal manner. The staff in the assisted living area is very willing to take care of Dad and provide him with the care that he needs, and they have done an excellent job with that. He's in a 1-bedroom apartment. There's a dining room downstairs which is also open to family members. We have eaten there and the food is outstanding. There is also a dining room upstairs in the assisted living area which is conveniently located near his apartment. They remind him of his meals and they invite him to participate in the activities.

I lived at The Springs at Veranda Park. It was very beautiful. The service and people were great. They had bus trips, a full gym, good food, and a great theater room with a big television. They had a lot of sports events and movies and stuff with food and drinks in the room across the hall. It was pricey. For anyone who could afford it, it's probably as good as or better than anything else in the Valley.

The rooms that I saw at Veranda Park were spacious with high ceilings. It was well maintained, and the building materials were of good quality. The apartment itself looked into a courtyard. The surrounding valley was beautiful. It’s well furnished, and the laundry room had more space than any of the laundry rooms I’ve seen at the other places. It’s very spacious and there was natural light, so it was well lit. There werre plenty of rooms for people to move around inside with their laundry or their walkers. There were also places for the residents to sit down. The library was big and had many books in it to enjoy. They had a salon that was nice, too. We will be moving Mom in.
